    My tablet was shipped to my old address, which doesn't make sense because I used my billing address as the shipping address. I dont know how they messed that up. I talked to customer service and was told if I can pick it up from my old address?? I live far away, and I don't think Best Buy is going to pay my gas for their mistake. Not a good experience.

    Online description only lists what is included, not what type adapter and charger is needed. BB online associates were no help, even when I gave them my order number. Will either return the tablet or wing it, trying to order or obtain correct parts. Not very happy with Samsung or BB, even though I have purchased numerous products from both.

    Tablet was purchased open box. Only came with a USB c cord. No original packaging or paperwork. Tablet was not packed well, you could hear it bouncing all around the box it was put in. Surprised it didn't break. Honestly probably never going to buy open box from best buy again. The savings is not worth what you get. Plus small return window.

    Product is not faster than my old tablet. The microphone doesnt work well with zoom. Heavy - it weights more than my old one.

    Unreliable. Purchased on May 24, 2024. Stopped connecting to wifi on November 8, 2024. Samsung tech support tried everything before issuing a repair repair/replacement, but I'm not optimistic. It was brilliant when it worked, but 169 days is a very short lifespan.

    battery goes dead after 4-5 hours of use Charge battery to 100 % didn't use for two days down to 50% when I went to use it. Battery is junk
