IT DOES WHAT A TABLET NEEDS TO DO, FEW BELLS AND WHISTLES, BUT THOSE ARENT NEEDED FOR FUNCTIONALITY. I ALWAYS LIKE SAMSUNG PRODUCTS. THIS WAS PURCHASED TO PLAY GAMES AND WATCH STREAMING SERVICES.

I'm pretty sure it's going to meet all my needs. How can I comment on durability when I've only had it a couple of weeks?

The service seems to be getting worse at this location.

I have used a few of the previous generations already. Grandkids use if a lot too. Quite child resistant, but would need a good protective cover for a small child.

Refused to exchange for new. Sent out for repair took 1 mos. Shortly after return, SD card slot fails. I demanded a new unit as second fail after recent purchase. Lemon.Best Buy refused. They expect me to wait for yet another repair. They dont stand behind products they sell. I told them they can keep it. My time is not worth spending on their aggravation. They will lose much more on my and my friends future purchases than cost to replace this . Beware
