The second one works well, charge isn’t great though

The software is acting like its bricked up and slow. Cannot use it to read sheet music. Bought it just to see sheet music on a larger screen. Cannot do this cause the wifi wont work only on this device. Tried troubleshooting it nothing works. About to factory reset it. Not only that but it always thinks my touch are accidentall and makes it hard to use.
