Worst tablet I've owned. SO slow and delayed anything you attempt to do on it. Even watching downloaded videos offline.... The worst... Seriously

When buying bought this tablet, i did not find an EIN number to match my plan. Therefore, i am returning it for a refund of the cost. I never was able to see it work or use it. Looks neat, but has many takebacks and drawbacks, sometimes the battery is not that best.

Doesn't want to charge after having it for no more than a few weeks. Trying to see what I can do

It works but some dimwit designed it so it requires two fingers to do anything with it and it will NOT let me shut up the voice assistant so that it shouts out passwords and pin numbers to anyone loudly. Annoying my wife if I want to read in bed

This is the worst samsung item i have ever bought...it turns off and on randomly...it freezes,,,it does not charge sometimes...its worthless! 200,00 for crap

I purchase an item, when I returned it, Best Buy charged me $45.00 restocking fee. Me and others feel it is very unfair. We will not purchase anything else from Best Buy.

When it dies, it wont charge. Been an iasue from day one. Its been on the charger for 30+ hours and still at 1%. This thing is the biggest piece of garbage. Would not recommend.

I use it for for work it get the job done but it can get slow or the touchscreen does not respond I’ve had it for a month and a half I don’t think it should be this slow if it’s new. This is my first android product and I’m not very happy with it.
