Is perfect for my elderly dad to play his games. Disappointed I had to by the plug adapter separate and was not told so when purchasing the tablet. Also disappointed they don't carry a case for it.

it gets the job done. go get one as soon as possible

I'm a Samsung customer, I liked this tablet because is bigger and has better resolution, the price was gild, the online purchase was fast and the picking it up in the store was faster.

I brought this for my 7-year-old daughter, so far so good, the quality is nice the pictures nice. Perfect

I got this for my disabled husband. He had used a Samsung phone for years, but needed a larger surface manage the icons better. It was an easy transition for him and a plus that it has a sim card option to use as a phone. Will get same for my aging mother too.

As the name says best buy is the best. Best price , best products. I got the brand new tab A9+ (got 2 of them) for a low price nowhere than best buy

I am happy with the Tab 9. Size, weight, screen are excellent. Only negative is charging time. I have been plugging into laptop and it takes hours. I researched using other chargers but they all indicate it is a longer charge time than i anticipated.

The tablet has great battery life, however, it seems you have to always hold the tablet in order for it to work. When you lay the tablet flat it does not work but when you hold it ot works properly. A bit of a deal breaker for me.

I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my granddaughter and she loves it. Almost everytime I see her, she has it in her hands.

Bought this with a screen protector. Good size, great for watching movies on a plane, but the sensitivity is terrible. It could be the screen protector as others have said when looking into the issue, but I feel like it works best in my hand using my thumbs, not while the tablet is laying down.

This is a wonderful tablet. My stepmom has no problem using it.

The tablet works just fine for my mom, who is in her 80's. it's user friendly. I will recommend to friends.

It has just a bit of lag, but for the price it is great. I have had no issues in my use of this tablet at work. It runs the apps I need smoothly. Charging could be a bit faster.

I'm learning more each time I use it. So far, so good.

A great buy, I love using it to watch Movies and Hear my music. Dex is great to use with this Tablet.

Its handy. My kid loves it. He used to at school too.
