wouldn't buy again

It freezes all the time. I am ready to buy a different one. I get a window that comes up saying my apps are using too much battery life. I am supposed to uninstall Facebook and Words! What good is this? Yesterday a window came up and said for Words to not come on automatically. I have no idea what to do, to do that..
