Had a little problem with customer service in the geek Department. Store manager handled the situation very well. Grateful to have him . Love the product. I already have the same tablet. Love it decided to buy my mom one also. Recommended it to my brother he got one also .

Androids are better

It was great that he could sync everything right to it. Just a bigger version of his phone. Great graphics audio is ok could be better. But hey it beats sitting aat a desktop to browse the internet which us what he does now from the comfort of his couch.

Versatile, but sometimes funky

Sam clou doesn't work on phone x or y, Cloud b doesn't work on Sam phone or phone a or c, etc. Samsung specific attribute are sometimes confusing or interrupt my business too. Other than that it's nice.
