Right after the one year warranty expired. I'm not sure if one year is an average life span. Wish it would have lasted longer. I did buy another one from Best Buy. I hope this one lasts longer. I lost all my photos mostly of my first grand baby!

Great tablet at a great price

She liked my Tab A and its features. The Tab E is similar....but the battery runs out very quickly and the aps run slower than the Tab A. If I had to do it over again, I would have paid the difference in price and got her the Tab A as well.

If you do purchase these tablets I suggest buying a protective case as that’s why I no longer have the one i purchased in 2016. I dropped it and it broke. This was a good deal on black friday.
