It hasn't been as easy to use as the Nook Samsung tablet that I bought a couple of years ago. I didn't start using it right away as I use it when I'm away from home which I am now. When I accidently open a video on FB, I can't get out of it and back to FB. I should call Geek Suad, but I'm not in a good place to do that.

I like the tablet as lot, it charges kind of slow in your car. But fast threw A.C. plug in. Also I wish it had a Type C plug in. The Android plug is very flimsy & cheap. Have to be careful pluging the USB cord in. But works well off wifi. I like the keyboard.

It's very good and easy to use it, but a lithe over priced.

This tablet is great for everyday use only thing is the 9.6 size it may be difficult to find a case.

I purchased this tablet as a gift for my husband for Christmas. My son looked into other tablets but felt this one was the better choice. After looking other places, I found the best price at Best Buy. You sale price beat Walmart price by $50! My husband is very pleased with it and uses it on a daily basis.

I already owned a Tab A 9.7 tablet that I use for work and I was looking for a slightly smaller one just for entertainment purposes and found the Tab E. The sound and screen resolution are better than my Tab A which makes for a better tv/movie watching experience as well as a better music experience while traveling.

Purchased this for my daughter to replace an older tablet from Verizon that was becoming obsolete. Got it for a great price and I was able to remove the monthly Verizon fee from my bill and get a much better tablet. She mainly uses it for watching videos and playing games, and it has worked perfect so far.

This is my second Samsung smartphone. I was happy with the first one, it time to update so it was logical to stay with Samsung. The service I received when I went to the Best Buy was excellent. Jason, the salesperson, was knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. Overall I would rate my experience as excellent.

This tablet is great... very fast and convenient size. Nice.

Bought this for my 88 year old father. There were no "instructions" for him to figure out how to use. He was not familiar with apps, etc. He had to know how to get to help to be able to use it and he is still asking for lessons on how to learn. My 84 year old mother loves hers but he is frustrated because he doesn't have it setup to work like hers.

This machine performs all the basic tasks and functions well for a browser and some mild games. The picture/video qualities are not what you get with the more expensive models. It is on the slower end and doesn’t really work well for higher end games if that’s the plan. I have been an Apple guy from day one and I just wanted to give Samsung a try as I was thinking about going from iPhone to galaxy. Just to get the feel and I’m not really in love with the operating system compared to the iOS. The machine itself is pretty heavy and uncomfortable to hold for lengths of time. For the price you pay I think this is a pretty good tablet but if you’re going to use this for any type of HD streaming, looking to take high resolution video or HD photos, you may want to consider forking over a bit more money to get any real quality.

Love samsung products! The galaxy tab e was a perfect fit for what I needed to use it for which was mainly for reading and studying a variety of textbooks. With the expandable memory, I can have an entire library of e-books at my fingertips. It is slightly on the heavy side.

I purchased this for a grandfather when his computer died so he could keep playing tri-peaks. They replaced their cheap computer before I could get there with this so my father used it for streaming shows while in rehab. It worked very well for that, with a set of headphones so as not to offend other patients while streaming HBO.
