Haven't used it very much yet. However, the setup is very easy. Comes with lots of installed programs, very nice display. I would buy this item again and would recommend it to others as well.

Excellent product. Bought for my son. School age kid plays Roblox and YouTube nonstop. I may never see his face again. The bad? The camera takes pictures with the quality of an old flip phone. Choppy. Blurry. Out of focus.

The Samsung tablet I purchased for my husband who has Alzheimers was the perfect one for him. Thank goodness it doesn't need all the password requirements that my iPad does. I was grateful for the help from Michael, the Samsung representative, who set it up for me.

Was looking for a table that was not too expensive, but that had all of the options I needed. This Samsung has a lot of capability, and with the addition of Microsoft Office, can use for work or for personal.

I changed from a smaller Samsung Tablet to this one, after having discussed with the BestBuy sales associate what I wanted it to do. The tablet is nice, good size, decent screen resolution, however, I would have liked it to be faster.

Kids have been using our iphone to stream Disney+ and it was time for them to have their own tablet. It is not a top of the line product and it doesn't need to be. It is good enough for kids to play games and stream cartoons.

Couldn't pass picking this model due to holiday sale prices. I really like this tablet for reading, playing games and web surfing. My only complaint is the position of the speaker which is on the back and sound quality. Would have preferred speaker position on the bottom just like Samsung phones.

Everything is great fast response except for the camera quality.

Processor speed isn't exceptional. It runs, it has good storage and display. Well worth the price when I bought on sale but in hindsight I wish I would have put up the extra 100 or so for a step up

I purchased this tablet for my husband. He did not like the iPad but he knew that Samsung had great quality. I took him to the store and he chose the Samsung tablet. He says it is easy to use and he appreciates that he can add memory to it, unlike the iPad.

Very affordable tablet. I use it for reading and a specific app only available for android based devices. It does exactly what I need it to do. My only gripe is the screen resolution isn't the best on some pictures and videos, but it isn't the biggest deal.

I use it only for streaming in my kitchen and it does it really well. I have not used it for any other purposes but no reason it should not do as well. It is a great combination of value and money.

My Samsung 10.4 2014 died a painful death. This was a great purchase as a replacement at $199.99. The only thing I don't like, well, 2 things. 1,m there's only one speaker. I'll get used to that. 2, this doesn't have auto dimming/lightening. Not a biggie. Get this one, unless you have a bigger budget.

Purchased this for my Mother-in-law for a Christmas present. She isn't tech savvy person, but this tablet proved to be a great buy for her. Also, this model went on sale twice after I purchased it. BB happily returned the difference back to me for both instances.

Got this tablet as an xmas present for a friend and they love it. I got to play with it myself for a few hrs and although it felt a little sluggish, I was able to watch netflix and youtube on it just fine. Cam with android 7.1.1 out of the box!

the screen was much too close to the edge, so I kept touching stuff and sending the tablet haring off somewhere else. the back button is now fixed, instead of staying at the bottom, so I had to keep looking for it. Amazon appstore wouldn't install, and i couldn't get my apps back. I bought it for the improved camera, but it takes full seconds to "click" after touching the shutter release button, so you can't shoot what you are seeing. I returned it after a few days of frustration.

Would like to reconmand that they make it breighter and faster
