Not a good experience!

Brand new out of the box would not update/upgrade Android OS. I made several contacted with Samsung support to no avail. got many different answer, but basically told it would eventually update. Never has 11 months later. Best Buy put it off on Samsung who has been no help. I'm slowly drifting away from Samsung product. Customer support has been minimal at best. My son bout the same product and is OS has upgraded fine. Samsung has no explanation and left me hanging. I feel like I bought a dead horse. It now sits outdated on a lower shelf in my office... Many apps won't update due to outdated OS. Great paper weight though.
