First it would not boot up and went into a permanent lock mode, then 2 had speaker problems till finally getting one and settling in the fact that is just poorly made. It works alright but comes with bloatware you can't remove. I decided to give to my kids and works fine for them but I am in search for a better tablet

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i brought this exact idem last yr in 7/27/19. he has had it yr & 5months today. well he went to turn it on & it didnt turn on. i thought it might needed to be charged. no that wasnt the problem. plus you would think they would send a email, friendly reminder reg the insurance is about to expire. when i take it in i hope they don't tell me its nothing they can do, i would need to buy another one. samsung has told me that before with different product of theirs. it lasted a yr or close to it & it starting giving me similar problems,, i DO NOT like samsung brand @ all.
