product support was terrible!

Therefore in the month I have owned it, it has basically become a dust collector! I am not satisfied with either Samsung or Best Buy and will really consider any future purchases from either of the companies.

Terribly slow

Opened it before we wrapped it to get it all set up for him so it was ready Christmas Day. Started to download some of his favorite games and for one app was taking 50 minutes to download. We reset it to factory took it back and bought him an iPad instead. We will never try a Samsung tablet again
