I think even though this tablet is 9.6", it was a bit pricey. Two issues with it to begin with. First, the adapter that came with it, is a slow charging adapter, the tablet supports fast charging. Fortunately I have the Galaxy Edge and I used the fast charger, but something to be aware of, you'll need to get a faster charger. Second, this tablet's OS is Lollipop and not Marshmallow, Samsung has seemed to abandon any updates of this Tablet. Not a great tablet to play any games where there's frame rates involved, it's a bit slow and sluggish. However overall it's a good tablet, smudges everywhere you do need to clean it daily if not hourly.

Purchased 2 back in 2014 for my kids, tablets still work great. Only issue is that its only 16gb and my kids get annoyed that they have to delete things because of the storage.

I've had several Samsung tabs, tvs, phones and I love them. So of course when looking for a new one for my Mom for her birthday over the weekend I went for another. Chose the tab E because of the size and price and the right memory for her. I started setting it up and noticed I could see the tiny gridlines on the screen. Which makes everything look blurry. Put it next to her old galaxy tab or mine and you can really tell. No matter if i was on the home page or in an app. So I took it to the geek squad last night and even he could see it. They didn't have a replacement at that store so I went to another closer to work today. Got back to my office and turned the new one on...same problem. So I guess tomorrow I'll be taking it back again and getting something else. So dissapointed!

I guess I need more time with this tablet. I really like the camera software but am having an issue updating software. It doesn't install but tells me to go to a SAMSUNG Service center and the closest one is in New Jersey.

This is a good tablet as long as you do not expect much. It is good for basic needs.

Great battery life, fast processing, easy to set up and use. I only wish this product had an IR blaster like my Samsung phone so I could control my TV with it.

This is a great tablet to own, the only down fall to this tablet is the speaker output resolution is not loud at all. But over all if you looking for a great tablet this is it

I bought this Samsung - Galaxy Tab E - 9.6" - 16GB – Black to replace my Nexus 7 which now has issues such as losing the wireless while the Bluetooth is on, and having to tap the screen many times to get the apps to respond. I bought this model because it appears to have a higher screen resolution than the Tab A (Tab A-1024 x 768 vs TabE-1280 x 800), however, it leaves a lot to be desired compared to the Nexus 7 (1920×1200). Another issue I was having is when connected to my Bose Soundlink Mini speakers, the audio on YouTube videos lag, making it annoying to watch. Note, it does NOT do this when only using the tablet speakers. Did not have this issue with my Nexus 7, Acer Chromebook nor my daughters iPad Mini. Also annoying is the fact that it is too easy to accidentally touch one the Back button or the Multi Screen button while holding it, making the app you were using disappear. It also seems like the wireless would keep dropping off, even more so in the far bedroom of my house. No issues like that with my Macbook Pro which is in the same room. Many times it seemed to have trouble playing YouTube videos no matter where you were in the house. Videos would just sit there waiting for the cache to surpass it. Took it back for a refund.

Great tablet. Especially if you have the Samsung Galaxy Phone.
