No Phone Calls

I was misled and don't need to pay for a monthly cellular account if all I can do is surf the internet!!!!!! Returned it ... One star!

This only works with wifi and I don't have wifi. I needed one to put on my phone plan. They sent me to Sprint, where they discovered their. So I had to make another trip to return it. Then they told me they couldn't get the tablet I needed. No one seemed to know anything. I have gone to your store for years. Always had a great experience. So a week later I needed a specific Belden cord. A young woman pulled out an Insignia one. I told her it was the wrong brand. She slammed it down on the counter and stormed back to the Verizon counter. I left and I don't plan to return.
