I wanted to swap for the tablet. Tyler store wanted to charge a restock fee. Call the Lufkin store and explain my problem and they were more than willing to work with me without any restock fee. I will drive to the Lufkin store instead of setting foot in the Tyler store due to the fact Tyler doesn't have any costumer service. Mark
