My bf and I both used Fitbit's but were not happy with the over all look. I wanted something more watch like and also feminine. Both of us got the Active 2 the week they were released after researching different types of smart watches. We preordered on Amazon but the wait was crazy and I found them at Best Buy. We both use Samsung phones. The set up was easy and using the watch is easy and fun. It does everything my Fitbit did but better and much more. All the apps it has available are just great. Navigation, Google translate and really pretty faces being my favourites thus far. I work as a paramedic and with a case and screen protector it has been tough and taken couple dings without leaving any marks. Mine is silver and with the new band i bought which gets thinner it looks classy and not too big on a girls wrist. Thinking about getting one for my brother for xmas.

I love my watch! It's lightweight, not too big for my small wrist, and easy to use. My only issue is the aqua black watch seems to be a grayish-silver in the photo but is actually a deep navy blue (see picture--looks black if you just glance). I wasn't wanting such a dark watch but I kept it because swapping the band to a lighter one helps. Still, I recommend the watch and will probably never buy another watch again since you can change the face and band to fancier options too!

I got this watch as I work in a Hospital and due to COVID we can't use out phones a lot, I also purchased the Samsung Buds to take calls. I wanted a watch that would monitor my heart rate as I do have a preexisting heart condition, tell time, show my messages and notify me who calls me before I take out my phone or tap on the buds to answer. The Heart Rate monitor does work but you do NEED TO HAVE IT on Measure Continuously so that you can know your heart rate more accurately. I tested it with a monitor at the hospital when I went to have a check up and it was almost 100 percent accurate, maybe a beat or 3 more or less but better than other's I've had. It is very handy, very sleek, very comfortable to have. I purchased other bands from a third party and a screen protector which is made out of rubber to keep it scratch free. I love that it vibrates when it senses your heart rate low or high (after having it a consistent time). One of the features I would love to have added on would be to vibrate after a minute instead of 5 or 10 min. Another feature would be to send an SOS signal when someone would have a high(when not active) or low heart rate(when not resting), as I have passed out when such thing has happened but my watch just keeps buzzing, according to family. Those would be super helpful for individuals with my condition, but then again it's an Active watch not an Omron heart monitor. I wanted to wait to review because I saw many negative reviews on the battery but I haven't had problems with mine, I charge it every 2 days because it doesn't really waste a lot of battery and that's considering that I get notifications/messages frequently. I also don't have it as Always On, 5 Screen Brightness and lock when removed from my wrist. So I can say that the battery is very long lasting.

Got this watch as christmas gift from my husband. I love the size and it's easy to set up.I can easily answers calls and see my activities and notifications.Got reminder too if I need to stretch and walk esp when we travel long hour drive :)

I absolutely love this watch, especially the ECG function. Since I've been having palpitations, I can record them on my watch at any time and send the results to my doctor. Very responsive and smooth screen changes. Have not had any issues with the touch screen, even with a protective case over it. There is a swimming option you can turn on as well that locks water out. Once you're done swimming, you turn the water lock off and it vibrates the watch to get any water out. Super neat! I was thinking about getting the 44mm, but so glad I went with the 40mm. It doesn't hurt my wrist when I bend it.

Great watch! I got 35mm Pink Gold. It does all the things I need it to. Side note that the steps counted can tend to be off as they'll go up when moving my arm not when I'm walking. Aside from that issue I love it! It usually lasts me 2days on charge with bluetooth & various other features turned on all the time.

This watch definitely comes in handy for me in many ways. It helps me with my job as a delivery driver by showing my navigation and letting me know which way to go so I don't have to keep constantly and dangerously looking at my phone. Also, I don't have to worry about missing an important text or call (as long as I'm within range), as my watch shows me all the notifications I need to see.

Easy to use. Easy to program information you want. Comfortable and stylish. Highly recommend. Have used another brand and the switch to this one was well worth it! The 40mm band fits small wrists well

Like it. I had no problem setting up but my bf bought 1 too.. had issues with connecting and setup for his. I had pretty much hardly any issues but can't setup with a couple apps i had no problem with my previous fitbit before. Pretty nice. Though ill try to fix my issues. Plus really hard to find protection cover that protects sides AND face

I have an iPhone but I wanted a round watch. This watch seemed like it did everything if I needed it to do. Count steps, monitor heart rate, and sleep, tell me the time, weather, and day. I do love this watch. Only con is that even though I can receive text messages and calls, I can’t respond from the phone (again, this is due to me having an iPhone, if you have an android this will not be a problem). But overall, for the price and style, I recommend it.

I absolutely love my galaxy active 2 smart watch. It works prefect for everything I need and has some many options that I haven't even came across yet. The only reason I'm given it a 4 star is because the battery life kinda sucks. Mine only lasts maybe 48 tops. I would definitely recommend this watch for anyone just remember keep your charger close.

I love it! I had owned the Gear S3 active previous to this watch. I had chosen that watch because it was my first smart watch and I am pretty rough with my stuff. But the overall bulkiness was getting old. I was kinda worried that I would not like the watch having the physical bezel to sort through my pages but the screen bezel on active 2 is very responsive and works fantastic. The watch band that comes with the watch is very comfortable and is sleek. I do believe my fitness trackers have been a lot more accurate then the S3. It seems it is a lot better at tracking and detecting my physical activities. I have had this for a few months now and I have yet to get a case. It has held up pretty well but I am for sure ordering one after this review! Also I have had a lot of compliments about it (even my family of apple users adore it).

The Samsung Galaxy active watch 2 is exactly what I was looking for. Not only does it help track fitness throughout the day but is an ideal tool to be able to keep appointments, relay messages, provide updates to my doctor, and more.

I was scared the 40mm would still be a bit bulky for me, but I have been very pleased. It has a very easy read display. I have only been wearing it for a few weeks now but so far I love it!

I've had my watch exactly 30 days now and I couldn't have made a better purchase. This watch is AWESOME!! The battery life is great. I've tested it with and without the power saving options and I still get minimum three days before having to recharge. The features of this watch live up to the hype. Did extensive research before my purchase and not disappointed at all. Activity app is probably my fav. Working from home now, it reminds me to move! Answering calls with my watch, calls are clear and understandable. Not one complaint. Definite recommend. You can't go wrong with this one!!

My Samsung watch is exactly what i was looking for and the description was exactly what i received. Easy to use and hook up to my blue tooth and phone. Personalization is easy to set up.

Nice watch that also tracks your workouts, steps, stairs climbed, heart rate and stress levels. Receive and answer your calls , text messages, and other notifications.

Best smart or fitness device I have ever owned. Incredibly user friendly and shows much more information than other devices. Fits great and feels great. Only downfall is the battery life is only a few days.

It's a comprehensive smartwatch with a focus on health. It's paired with my Samsung S10 plus so they work well together. Although I'm not using all the features yet, the ones I'm using work well. It tries to motivate me to move, tracks my steps, allows me to answer calls, monitors my sleep and gives me the weather forecast. I've not used other features yet but intend to eventually. All in all, it's an excellent smartwatch with all the bells and whistles. I'm using the smaller 40mm version because of smaller wrists. Additionally, the Samsung apps work well with the watch/cell phone.

Awesome! It's perfect size for my wrist and so convenient while I work - don't have to hold my phone to wait for calls, etc. Also it's nice that I can check how steps I walked each day!
