It keeps your blood pressure and also a step count & compass. I use the voice recording feature instead of taking notes. If you download the apps it will do much more. I was a hold out for a while on the smart watch but now that I got I,m glad I did.

If you have it connected through your phone it does not last 8 h. I have to recharge the watch before going home. If it is not connect via bluetooth it will last the whole day.

I’ve had an Android and Galaxy watch for 2 months, but I am switching back to Apple - just seems more reliable for me. I do love the way it looks and the size much more than Apple. Love the round face, hate the square face!
