I am using it standalone, and not linking up with my service provider, so no extra monthly cost. It is very comfortable, easy to read, does good measures. I wanted basics and it provides much more than I anticipated. I am still learning its features but like what I've used so far.

Every release is getting worse and worse. The battery does not stay charged for more than 23 hours at a 100 % charge really! I contacted Best Buy first but at 3 weeks of ownership and they would not replace or give support. SO then I contacted Samsung and they would not give me support since I did not own a Samsung phone! How can I solve this? I cannot seem to. I just will not speak highly any more to the Samsung products.

Bad battery
