The band was all scratched up and the watch and band had a hard layer of grime and crud all over it. Best buy should be ashamed for even selling it. I was really let down because I trusted them and this a Christmas present for my Girlfriend!

This was the only item I could get that wasn't expensive

Not compatible with an iPhone

When I bought it I was told it was compatible with an iPhone. However it is not. The watch won’t work until it syncs with a phone. So, I couldn’t even turn it on. I’m not going to get a Samsung phone just to use the watch. It was disappointing. Best Buy gave me a refund without issue. I’m frustrated that technology works in competition and not in collaboration.

I went back to my Fitbit, the Samsung watch, I have to charge every day. Now I am stuck with it. I do not recommend for anyone with a busy lifestyle.

We have on the watch for 33 days and it does not hold a charge. Went to get to watch exchange they told us it only has a 14-day warranty and they cannot help us. So we are out our money and time.
