Watch has lasted so long, amazing quality and connectivity

...but where in the world are all the features that were advertised about it? Blood pressure is a no-show, Sp02 max disappeared from view. ECG finally appeared after months of waiting... ... battery life is below average still, it's a great watch, and I recommend it. The downsides are overshadowed by the pluses.

This is my first time owning a Smart watch. I needed something that would work on the football field when I was coaching and I really wanted to enhance my workouts, specifically my running. Overall I like the watch. It's a big face though, if you have a small wrist or prefer a minimal watch this is not for you. I have problems with my hand sometimes stopping my workout tracker because the back of my hand will hit the button (I wear the watch my left hand). That's annoying and could be prevented if I wore the watch higher up my wrist, but then it would be covered by my shirt sleeve. I'd chalk this up to a design flaw. The workout tracker works well but it's limited. For example, when doing arm curls you can only swap between a timed workout or 3 sets of 10. It would be better if you could adjust the number of sets and rep's. I haven't looked for another fitness widget yet. The run tracker is great but it would be nice to get some more feedback while running (you can read more about this on consumer websites). Lastly, the battery charge will only go about 24 hours if you turn on continuous heart beat monitoring and blu tooth connection to your phone (even less if you turn on wifi). I usually charge it in the morning while I'm working from my desk but sometimes that's not a convenient option, like on the weekend when the kids have sports. Keep that in mind.

I really wanted to like it, Love tech so I tried it for a month. I can see people really into fitness and diet will like it, checking pulse and spo2, ecg, stress was fun but after a week the nobility wore off. and after 2 I stopped imputing my meals. Also my arm got sore after playing with the watch for a few hours holding my arm up. Checking email and texts works good but with my phone right next to me I just don't see need. I did not activate the stand alone calling plan. So aside from personal opinions about smart watches the cons of this one are a few....Battery is bad, only one day, the OS is slow and sluggish due to samsung using old processor, and finally I hated the band, If you like smart watches this works great but I would wait until they update the chip. I didnt see the value for 500.00

Watch is appropriately hefty, durable, and easy to use. Great features for tracking steps, meals, excercise, heart beat and ekg. Timer, stop watch, and phone calls. And notifications too. But, not happy with bluetooth connectivity with Samsung Galaxy Buds Live. Needs lots of work.

Bought this as a birthday gift for my husband because he recently upgraded to a Galaxy and he loves it. He’s a tower climber so he doesn’t always take his phone up on the tower. It’s nice that it has LTE so he can receive texts and calls and also respond.

The watch is working great, and yes it does chew on the battery hard, but not as much as an Apple Watch. The set up with the LTE with Verizon through the Wear app did not work as planned. The app said that it was activated correctly, however I spent 1.5 hours on the phone with Verizon the next day to fix it. The battery life at night was pretty good, I went to bed last night with 86% battery life and it was at 80% when I got up. I did a 30 minute call on the watch yesterday, and I was impressed with the audio quality through the speaker, however that called used up something around 20% of the battery life. Overall I'm impressed with this watch.

There are Square watches and then there are REAL watches that are round. Remember when Society told us not to be a square? Well this is finally the watch that you want. It has everything and more without being a SQUARE.. The custom faces give you a look without trying hard... I want to see your Square Watch look like a $3k tag? I can do mine with a custom face and a 1 minute change of the band. Square aint doing that. You know how you tell a fan boy.. Because they will go against everything a watch is (round) is Rolex, Citizen, TAG, Movado, etc... Square.. NO they are round. I love this watch and enjoy the features.. EKG, Blood Pressure, and so much more. Funny how there is nothing Square can do innovating any more. They just follow the lead of others and years behind. That is being a SQUARE. Great battery time considering the cut in MAH of the Galaxy Watch 1. Slimmer, better fit, smaller bezel and much better styling.

Love this watch, was easy to connect to my phone. Really like all the cool features available. 1000's of watch faces you can choose from. Super easy to change the band, didn't really care for the one that came on it.

I've had 3 other watches before, all previous versions. This version looks and works better, 2+ days with one charge unless you use cell phone functionality, then it drains the battery pretty quickly. Basically al the features are same as before. The design has been little changed, the buttons, the LED and sensors on the lid as well. I hope Samsung won't publish a new firmware, killing this watch. The company is very well known for these issues. My previous watch survived 2 firmware upgrades and the 3rd one killed all sensors. Then the 4th upgrade didn't change anything and I had to use the extended warranty. This watch already survived 1 firmware upgrade and still works just fine, I'm very impressed.

My journey back to Android began with the photography component as I’m really focused on 4K resolution and high resolution video. I purchased the awesome Samsung S20 Ultra! Two weeks ago and after realizing that I wouldn’t be able to use my Apple Watch, my gaze turned to the incredible Galaxy Watch 3. At first the GPS version, but I knew eventually I’d end up with the LTE version and so here we are! Goodbye Apple! At least for phones, they do make great computers though. Anyway, bought these at Best Buy great service compared to years past! The Samsung watch and phone simply smack Apple I can’t even look at them the same anymore. No more Face ID

Okay, brass tacks here! When it comes to smartwatches, it's either this, or the Apple Watch. I've owned both and here are my thoughts. Yes - the Apple watch might be smoother and faster. There are times when the software on the Galaxy watch feels a bit janky. Apple Pay is also much more faster and more functional on the Apple Watch instead of Samsung Pay (Although I'm not saying that Samsung Pay doesn't work). However, at the end-of-the-day it's not just about hardware. It's a software experience over all. And that is where the Galaxy Watch shines. The watch faces are endless, the UI is more more better and easier to understand than Apple's, and I personally love the way that this watch looks. Not to mention, that since it uses a 22MM standard watch band, you can literally buy replacement bands from any watch store. And then there's the battery: Hands down, the best battery usage of any watch on the market - period! My apple watch only lasted until the end of the day. This one could last 3 days with one charge, and that's using all of the functionality: Normal wear, taking phone calls, responding to text, and even using the exercise functions. Oh, that's another thing too: Like the Apple watch, this watch has blood oxygen sensors, a heart rate monitor, a step counter, and exercise trackers, all which work well with Samsung's health app, that I personally think work WAY better than Apple's confusing health apps. I do not regret this change at all. Oh, one last thing: unlike Apple's products, this thing works with any Android phone, and even Apple devices too.

It was easy to set up and learn how to use. Seems durable enough for working outside. It was also easy to connect to my cellphone provider.

Cool device. Looks nice. Feels durable. Battery life is ok if you use only as a watch. If you try to use it as a phone replacement it will need to be charged daily.

Worked well for years and have only thoughtbof upgrading for new features. Still works like brand new
