I picked this LTE watch as an "open item" from BestBuy & have never regretted it, and its still going strong. I DID order a black metal band that closes using a strong magnet, as it the most efficient comfort adjustment forca watchband. BestBuy stands behind their products. You might enjoy the Facer app for android, apple, & others.

The size and battery life of the watch are great. Its confortable and never bothers me. Sometimes i forget i have it on. My only issue with it is that it sometimes lags to the point where i cant do anything on it.

I wanted to love this watch. There are so many great features and it is easy to use. But the battery life was horrible. I would not even last a whole day. I would have to charge it in the morning to monitor my sleep. If I used it for fitness, it would have to be charged that night before bed. In order to extend the battery life I had to not use several of the features that would make it a good watch.

Switched from apple to all Samsung, couldn't be happier. This watch is lifted on the outside which turns for different modes. You also dont have to worry about drops with it because its protected. Much cheaper too, it looks better. Just an amazing little watch.

I absolutely love my watch. I was not too fond of it at first, because of the battery life. The Watch 3 still last longer.. but I figured out a way to make it last longer than a few hours. I had it last for a 1.5 days. I turn the screen brightness down and set it to come on when I tap it vs automatic with rotation. Not sure if cutting off the rotation helps or not, but my wrist rotate all day. So, it would consistently coming on pointlessly. I'm not to fond of the original band either (Watch 3 or 4). I replaced the bands and I have no itching or irritation at all. Find a material that works for you. Elastic stretchy/adjustable bands, works for me. I couldn't find any bands that fit my watch size at Best Buy, but I did find some on Amazon. I wish I could have gotten them from BB, but their cool. I would recommend this watch!

I really like the watch so far. Very comfortable. Calls are easy to hear and texts easy to read. I have trouble texting replies, but could be user error. Lots of features I have yet to master. My only complaint is battery life. I upgraded from a Samsung gear fit watch which had a battery life that lasted at least 4-5 days. I will say that the battery does last longer than my children's Apple watches.

I like this GALAXIC (a nickname for my Galaxy Classic 4 smart watch.) I bought the LTE just in case I want to add an esim in the future. I have owned my Galaxic for 3 days now and personally, I can wear it everyday for more than 10 hours without dying the battery or feeling any discomfort from the band. Of all the watches I have had, this one I love to wear all day. None of my other watches bring such comfort to wear for hours. It could also be because their not smart watches. Another reason why I like my Galaxic is because of how bold it could be about my weight. Apart from how long I've had it, it doesn't care about my feelings....like at all, when giving me information about my body type and tips of what to work on. This is good and also out of the norm for me because usually, I have to establish a relationship with you first before giving advice on your weight. I can get used to it.

I really do enjoy my Galaxy Watch 4. The setup was great easy peasy. The watch is so fancy it doesn't even look like a regular smart watch. I got a new watch band that makes it look even nicer than before. The only thing I do not like about it is the YouTube, Radio and everything running on the phone and on the watch at the same time. I can't seem to cut it off. It doesn't seem to bother the battery life that much. But if I could turn it off I really could go two days without charging my watch. All in all awesome purchase!

I now have the 46mm Galaxy Watch 4. I absolutely love these watches, but the 42mm was way to small for my wrist. Also the 42mm battery life vs 46mm was quite noticeable for me. The black looks amazing with the samsung hybrid leather band and bestbuy made the exchange simple. Upgraded from s2 watch. Huge step up!

This is my first smartwatch. And im so glad i bougth zhis watch. I was waiting on a very important phone call and i had left my phone in the office, never realized.wazch started to ring and i was able to close the deal. It has all the bells ans whistles.

Great watch, does what a smart watch should do. Loving having the LTE, has saved me more than once having cell service.

Thought this watch might be the one for me until I found it will not let me connect to an unsupported/unsecured wifi network. Basically public places such as my gym, hotels etc. What a joke for almost 400 bucks not including activation fee from carrier and a 45 dollar restocking fee @ Best Buy. I'm out almost 100 bucks for a watch that's basically useless to me. Yep. And yes I even had a Samsung support tech remote in to troubleshoot with no success. Samsung not what it use to be unfortunately. Save your money on this on folks (regardless of positive reviews). Also battery does drain quite quickly if you want to activate features intended for use on the watch 个

I like the upgrade. Im still learning the features though. Great choice. Battery life is not great but i have alot of notifications

Very unhappy. Bought an open item which was supposedly in excellent condition and fully redone by geek squad. Phone says at&t sync that is usable to fix. May have been paired with at&t. My Verizon plan will not accept phone. And best buy phone rep unable to help. Several trips at expensive gas and waste of my time

I bought this for my wife for her birthday. I gave it to her on 1/5/22. Now two months later it will no longer charge.

Very sleek designed smart watch. I love the mechanical dial to navigate through the menus. Feels very comfortable and not too heavy on the wrist. Works great with Strava gps tracking and uploading workouts. All other health related apps work great! Battery life seems ok, but I worry about not getting more than 2 days on a full charge.

Versatile, but battery drains faster than I would like.

The galaxy watch 4 is not as good as my original 1st galaxy, it does do alot, looks nice r, has nice round dial, but more complicated to use and seems like no one really knows it. At least Samsung did update the charger, the first one had to clip it to this clip which the clip part would beak off and to charge it i have to wrap a rubber band around it to charge, but it does still work. First one was more simple to operate.

Love this watch. Does exactly what promised!!!!!!!
