Just make sure you turn on Water lock mode to prevent accidental touches on your screen." That's a direct quote from the Samsung website. They forget to mention that, if you DO actually swim, water may intrude into the watch ruining it and that damage will NOT be covered by your useless warranty. I am extremely disappointed in the fact that this is sold as being swim capable, and it was ruined after ONE time, following all of the rules. I'm even more disappointed in Samsung's refusal to stand behind the product in any way, basically telling me that I must have done something else to mess up the watch and there's no way there is any defect.

Samsung should be ashamed of itself for A) not including a power block and B) short charging cable. It's totally clear that their aim is to get consumers to spend money on accessories. THIS consumer probably is returning this product and WILL NOT be purchasing any more Samsung products in the future.

You'll have access to metrics such as body fat percentage and your Body Mass Index (BMI). Whether you’re running, swimming, or rowing, you can maximize every outdoor adventure with the Auto Workout Tracking feature. We hate to see that you've experienced constant restarting on your watch. Products sold by Samsung are warranted against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for the limited 12-month warranty period specified for each product. We also provide the option to add additional coverage with Samsung Care+ on eligible devices, which offers extended protection and additional support. If your watch unexpectedly shuts off, the most likely cause is a low battery, but other factors could include using an incorrect charger, having outdated software, or relying on corrupted third-party apps. The first thing we recommend is to reboot your watch. On your smartwatch, press and hold the Power key until "Rebooting..." appears on the screen. If you need to force a reboot, press and hold both the Home key (Power key) and the Back key simultaneously until the "Rebooting..." message displays, avoiding the "Power off" or "Restart" options. The time required to hold the buttons may vary by model; on some watches, it might take up to 30 seconds for "Rebooting..." to show.
