The screen it not glass. I work with my hands so they get dry sometimes. The dryness of my thumb scratches the display! I have been more than careful with the device, but still have hundreds of scratches on the display caused by my thumb. I will wait until real folding glass is put on these devices and not covered up by a cheap plastic screen protector. The plastic bezels make this look a little less premium than it costs, and also scratch easily. Lastly, the plastic coating on the display is an oil magnet. Don't be apple and lie about your materials at events Samsung. You are better than this!

Too many issues... And the quality of the phone feels flimsy I was really hoping to keep this phone it would fit in my pocketbook easier returned the phone

Although I love Samsung I think they need to work on this fold phone. I am going on my 2nd replacement. The first time the cover cracked easily on a drop with the included protection cover. I then opted for the leather cover and all was well with my replacement phone. That is until 2 months later that the screen began to flicker (no physical damage on phone) and then went completely black with me being unable to do anything about it. I am now looking to get a replacement via Samsung warranty since I refuse to pay another dime on this phone.

When i bought this phone to be activated with Verizon I was told I could get insurance threw Verizon on my account. You did offer also up until Mid Dec 2020 but I would have to bring phone into a best buy. After 3 weeks Verizon denied me insurance when they activated in there local office. Now you say I can NOT get insurance for damage with in 14 days. My Phone is in a case and perfect working order I will never shop at Best buy again.

Would give this phone a zero if that was an option. The screen developed a line where the phone folds and couldn't be fixed. The case is so slippery that the phonemoves on its own like it's possessed. The only good thing I could say about this is that it was compact. Not worth the astromical amount of money!

Technology is clearly not there yet. My screen is broken right at the fold from normal use after less than 30 days.

I thought it would be the best phone, but it’s not I wanted to return it and exchange it to Samsung note 20 ultra but I can’t cause only have 14 days to return it. Right now I’m not using that phone. I would switch with somebody who has Samsung note20 ultra

My 1300 dollar phone has ads in every major Samsung app. No further comment.

I just found out that there should of been a clear case for my phone in my purchase with my new flip phone. There was no case included in the box.

As another reviewer posted, the screen scratches EXTREMELY easily with normal use. if you don't have pristine soft hands and absolutely no nails, and never intend to use a writing instrument, it may be for you, I am a stickler for any scratches on my phone screens... if you are as well. AVOID THIS PHONE ..

The screen is not what you might think it is. Technically it is a thin glass but with a "protective coating" and that is the problem. The coating is actually PART OF THE SCREEN itself. What do I mean by that and why is that important? Well, when the protective coating gets punctured or peels off, the screen will die under the damage. Also, it makes no difference anyway since the screen + coating will show scratch marks even when you stick your finger nails in the coating, as opposed to regular phones out there which expose real glass on the top layer. Knowing that there is an actual glass under a layer that gets easily scratched is not gonna make me feel better.

This is a garbage phone screen is thin plastic and can permanently scratch with your fingernail (it's even a warning to not press hard with finger on screen . Lol another Samsung joke yes it a cool idea but you will regret this after the first week with it an the new phone happiness wares off and you see alot of finger scratch's on the main display because it's plastic. Don't be fooled but the glass claim

Samsung claims this is a folding glass display. As has been shown by many reviewers this is plastic. Not cool Samsung!
