A good first effort! Terrible battery life. Standby time is the worst I've seen in two years. I recognize this phone must have a smaller battery, but Samsung could optimize their software to give the phone better battery life. Apple is good at that, so are the new Pixel 4a's and 5. Shame really. Secondary display is utterly useless. Main display is very good! Great build quality too, nailed it there. Great cameras, don't believe the bad reviews. I found them excellent for most people and on par with galaxy 10 series. There's definitely hope for future flip phones, and I'll be watching Samsung and this space carefully!

I bought this in March 2020. First, I paid about 200 dollars more for this than the top of the line Samsung at the time, which was OK because I wanted the fold feature. 5G was just coming out and it didn't have that technology that the top of the line phones had. You would have thought Samsung would have included that. After about 9-10 months, I noticed scratches at the crease. It didn't really affect the function of the phone and was not too bad. All of the sudden, about 15 months (July 2021) after purchase, the screen just broke...no crack, no shock, I just woke up one morning and the screen was blacked out underneath the outer layer. There is no crack in the outer screen, but it just blacked out, so I now realize those "scratches" were probably cracks in the screen and moisture got in (it's been humid this Summer). I love the idea of a foldable phone. Functionally, it was great to have a phone that fit in my pocket, but the technical specs were just inferior. And most of all, I should get more than 15 months out of a $1300+ phone. I was drawn in by the beauty of this phone, but ignored the shortcomings. The estimated cost to get the screen replaced was around $500. It's not worth it. Until they perfect this tech, stay away.

Had to return this item,came with a little line in the screen while on ,pixel damage i guess and no head phones,no phone case ,no cable extension with it, just charger. Supposed to have everything with it like when new! Open box excellent condition as new .....read the memo! Sending me another one ,I HOPE,and hopefully like the order condition states! this is very stressful a lot of money involved....

The phone works great, very versatile android system to get it configured to work exactly how you want it, easy to use. I'm just disappointed on how long it lasted with normal use, I took well care of it and yet the screen gets scratched fairly easily even as in the manual it says don't use a screen protector. The screen became unglued at the mid section and caused two horizontal tares thought the whole phone making it unusable, the screen won't respond. From my experience and the high price of this phone, I don't think is a quality built to last phone. Repairs are very expensive. If anyone knows where to get this phone fixed for not an arm and a leg please let me know. Thanks.

This phone is beautiful and seems like a dream but it is definitely not worth the money. My phone screen broke within the year and its utterly expensive to fix while I still have to do payments on it. The screen began cracking and peeling off not more than. a year after purchase and now the lcd doesn't work at all. Don't recommend.

I'm a phone guy and have had them all. iPhones, Galaxy Fold and a big Note fan. This phone is just underwhelming. comes with a basic fast charger, screen is scary to touch and the single speaker is awful if you are on calls all day like myself. I'm excited to see where the tech goes but stick with the old slabs until the perfect the tech. They just have more to offer.

I just picked up my phone a few hours ago and the back of the phone is extremely hot I’m not able to hold the top part of the phone due to it’s being to hot
