Beautiful design/build, but can't use one-handed

The display is gorgeous. It performed flawlessly. BUT, you cannot open it with one hand. I have big hands, and tried for 10 days to get used to it. I couldn't. As a result, you must have two hands available access the phone. It made my Galaxy S10 seems like an ease-of-use dream in comparison. So I returned it. But I give Samsung enormous credit for continuing to innovate and bring new form factors to market. Compare it to Apple, where iPhones look exactly the same, only bigger (because Samsung introduced the Note series) than they did in 2007.

Screen spontaneously broke after 6 months

The crease where it folds turned white and then the rest of the screen turned black. I tried all the trouble shooting options and i think it has to be fixed or replaced. I did NOT drop it and I did NOT expose it to water. Otherwise, I like the phone.

I see a crack from my screen in the middle after some days of use. Samsung doesn't care about the service and pushes it to your pocket if the screen is damaged. which will be obvious after a few months of use.
