If you use it for work or just use your phone a lot and are coming from an iPhone you may want to have a small portable charger, but this thing doesn't have the same kind of battery & I knew that going in. This thing charges SO fast that it almost doesn't matter though. Now for the delivery; I got a great deal and new mine wasn't brand new out of the box, but the way they delivered this thing was truly unacceptable. They plastic wrapped it against a piece of cardboard, didn't even BOTHER to make sure the phone was clean from the previous user's phone case being on it AND they didn't even check to make sure the cable sent with it was the correct one! Disappointed doesn't begin to describe how a company like Best Buy should be handling this. The quality of delivery had me have to really scope the phone to make sure it wasn't damaged. I should not have to make this thing clean and feeling new myself. You're Best Buy! You can afford to keep some kind of spare boxes of the product or have a "used phone, enjoy the opening experience" generic box at least! I hope this 1 star over how you handled your boxing and delivery gets traction because this kind of behavior shows what you think we are willing to deal with but shouldn't have to. Be better. Again, the phone is wonderful-but could it have been treated better if I got it from someone else? I'll remember to consider that next time.

I switched to android because of the latest one. It was a big mistake. I tried to convince myself that this is the one. Unfortunately, it's not, the battery sucks, I need to charge 3 times a day. Everytime I fully charged it and without using it, it consumed a lot of batteries, from 100% to 75%. How's that possible? I've been using it for more than 1 month now after the release of this and still the same thing. I tried to watch a lot of videos at YouTube on how to save the battery life of this but still is not working. That's why I'm switching again to Apple!!!!

Camera quality is not that great either. The display quality and battery life are no better than previous versions of galaxy and worse than some of them.

Ringing will stop if you open phone up and it will hang up. No loud ringing or alarm choices. Heavy phone. More substandard details.

Not better than my iPhone in terms of camera but there is more customization and people say I sound better on it. Little slimmer than iPhone and battery isn’t great either. Camera also sucks when zooming in. Took it to a concert first night I had it and the zoom sucked. Other than that no complaints. Face id also isn’t great either.

While I liked the 4 and thought it was decent and appreciated it actually fit in things like pockets and bike bags, it was still juswas good but not memorable. Flip 5 is really what should have been since the get go and adds functionality that standard format phones lack.
