Best Buys warranty on samsoong fold 6 Unbelievable

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I broke my phone on accident chancing my dog. 1800 dollars is what I payed and I was very nervous because the warranty I bought just didn't seem like it could be true ( If you break your phone bring it back to Bst Buy and will give you a BRAND NEW one) well I took it back and showed geek square the problem and the handed me a brand new samsong fold 6 and took the old one!!!! Wow Best buy is the Best and I would recommend that warranty to EVERYONE!!!

Gift cards cancelled but not refunded

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I returned this per policy, But Best Buy cancelled the gift certificates of $375. but did not refund the money , they deducted $375, Not possible to get anybody on the phone at Best Buy to sort out. One chat person actually told me to dispute it at the Bank, Crazy, finally got on to a supervisor and he's says he's working on it, not so sure, Be careful
