Received OpenBox which is not excellent condition

Looks like bestbuy team overlooked it. I returned with perks what i have bought for with no additional fee or benefits.

I had it for only 9 months, and it randomly died on me at 93% and never turned back on. No damage happened prior; the phone just stopped working and would not power back on.

That item was returned to the store so that i can be refunded. Very bad Shipment!!!

Customer Service is awful bot responses update phone and adjust brightness level?! Company doesn't stand behind their product. Never had a phone with this issue.
