My husband purchased this for me for my birthday and I haven't stopped finding new and cool things to love about it. I love the sleep tracking - actually lets me know how restless or deep I sleep, it monitors my heart rate throughout the day. I can change the face of the watch to hundreds of different styles and colors! Tracks coffee, water, calories, etc. and best of all when I'm walking in the City it tracks how fast i'm walking and maps my runs. I just can't say enough - there are many more features that I am leaving out, but this is definitely a recommendation!

This is my second watch as the first Gearfit died after just a year. The battery in this one last about 2 days. It is great being able to wear it in the rain/shower/pool. I have had it since october so so far so good. Love that it vibrates when I get a call/text.i have the extended warranty so if it dies I will just get another one but hopefully this last longer than the last.

I have purchased step counters and smart watches in the past. They have not fit or not worked as i would like them too. This watch has been awesome so far. Step counter awesome display.it looks slick and modern and it's not a massive watch like other smart watches. The ability to see whose calling or text is incredible. I wish this was around before when i bought my other watches. Also being able to pair with my Samsung phone is a huge bonus.

I bought this for my wife over Christmas. She really likes it and really only one main complaint. The heart rate sensor isn't accurate at all. We checked it against a medical grade heart rate monitor and it was off by about 20 bpm. The battery life is pretty bad too. It only lasts 1-2 days depending on use. Other than that. she loves that it has internal storage for music, allowing her to exercise without bringing her phone along. Also, it isn't really big on her wrist like most smartwatch/fitness watches are. Overall, good features for the price.

My first Gear Fit was great, lasting just shy of 2 years. Would still have it if the "wireless contacts" had not corroded to the point that they would not make contact. It is not charged by a wire connect, but it still relies on metal contacts to charge.
Not the usual definition
Of "wireless".
But i do like the size, colors, features, price (on sale), and it was reliable and rugged...
Until it wasn't.
It has also gotten a very good review from my trainer. Bought the protection so i will continue to enjot it for a long time.

Finally got the right one that really works with my cell phone. It is easy to understand and helps motivate me to move my body. I have started working out more since I started wearing the watch but not pushing myself too hard. I'm not an athletic person looking for 100% accuracy in the amount of steps I take or compared it with another product I wear. I was looking for a product that worked. The Samsung Gear Fit2 has met all of my expectations. I have not had a chance to test it in the water yet; but, I'm looking forward to it.

I bought this as a present for my gf. She has been very pleased with performance but battery life could be better. It gives you plenty of apps and smart watch capabilities on top of having all the needs of a fitness band.

I went with this particular watch because I have a Samsung phone. There was one point where it wasn't connecting to the phone, but there were other phone issues as well. As soon as I replaced the phone it went back to connecting smoothly. I wish I could wear it with kickboxing, but over all I love it. I love that you can reply to texts with quick replies or emojis.

My wife loves this. At her new job she is unable to have her phone on. She can see her messages and calls on her Gear 2 where she can make quick responses. Also the tracking is great.

First I am a Samsung fan. My last 3 phones are Samsung Galaxy 3, 6, and 8+. I have a Tab S2 8" and 9.7". I had the Gear Fit and Gear Fit 2 watches. My needs are simple. The watch is comfortable, has a beautiful screen and does what I need. I track my steps daily and hours of sleep. I also monitor some notifications (text/email) on the watch. I track a daily walk and sometimes a hike. i used to track floors but that function does not seem to work as well after 1 year. I don't care about the heart monitor. I sync with Samsung Health app. I plan to stick with Samsung for my fitness watch.

Love this litt gadget. records sleep patterns, besides normal step counts, can keep track of caffeine, water intake. record different types of exercises, . All this synchs up with the Samsung health app which is all very useful and helpful. Only reason for 4 stars is the battery life. I have to charge it up every day. but no biggie for me since I'll put it to charge up while I shower and get ready.

I like my Samsung Gear Fit2 Pro and it works seamlessly with my Samsung Galaxy S10. The only thing that stopped me from giving it 5 stars is the mediocre batter life. It has to be recharged in 18 hours. I was expecting more. I got this as an Open Box Deal and the price was right.

I'd spoken with the Fitbit Associate and had one ready to buy in my hand, until I seen the Gear Fit 2 Pro! Omg the screen is curved with great looking quality and Soo many options! It was a no brainer on putting the Fitbit back, for the same price.. Waterproof, Notifications, you can send messages from it, still link your headphones from it so you Don't have to choose watch or headphones only from phone. Sad part is I purchased as a gift, and I really wanted it for myself lol. If your a desk worker, your key strokes could be counted as steps, do your research.

Samsung knows how to cater to those looking to be healthy and fit! This watch does more than most. I am able to track my sleep and heart rate accurately. Being able to keep track of my resting calories and my bmr is nice. My beach body is coming!

The watch was very quick and easy to set up with a decent, if small selection of apps. Most of the customization available is the watch face only. Pairing to a Samsung S8 phone was simple. Pairing allowed email, text and phone notifications to be sent to the watch and responded to from the watch. That lasted for about a week. Now can only receive notifications but not respond. No solution as yet available.

The design of the watch is very nice. Lots of apps can definitely keep you on track. The one draw back is the battery life, I have to charge mine every other day if I'm lucky and all I really do is track steps and read messages if I get five messages a day its alot. So in my opinion the battery life is very poor.

The best thing about this I have found is the communication with my phone. I get notifications and information on the watch and that is handy. The fit portions are spotty. The stairs tracker doesn't seem to work. Several reviews and comments on that online. It does not do real time updates with the steps tracker on a phone. You have to ask for an update constantly. My old fitbit was much better with that. The software is pretty good. It is annoying some apps cannot be removed if you don't care to track things like water, food, calories or caffeine on your watch they are there in your way.
While it could be improved a lot, the things I need work pretty well so I have been happy so far. It is comfortable. Battery life is fair but the energy saving mode helps.
Apps available are limited. I cannot find any app that will let me control or get data from it on my iPad - that is a big downside. I have not found a way to active a do not disturb/ low energy/low light mode at a given time per day. So that means night time is some button pushing or it isnt worth wearing for the sleep modes.

Very good watch and it seems to be smaller then most of the smart watches which was a bonus for me. Love the fact it records laps when swimming.
Downside is after a year of having it the wrist strap did break. But I was able to get a replacement since I bought the insurance stuff that best buy offers
