I like the band on this watch over its previous version because it is more watch like. The only reason this watch isn't perfect is because 5% of the time, it crashes during a workout and then I don't get credit for it. Once I restart it it works fine, but during an exercise class recently it wasn't picking up on the exercise and I couldn't get it to restart due to the high intensity of the class.
