Very easy to use and excellent sound like bose , I enjoy it

These are great Headphones in my opinion, however if I hadn't purchased a warranty with these they would have been useless after two weeks. I have had them for a total of four weeks and like clockwork they are worthless and I get a new pair then so on and so forth as it's been. I am rating these one star because of the problem as I feel it should be known. Just to clarify by "worthless" I mean one earbud will become drastically quieter than the other to the point of no audio and sometimes they will not pair to the point that they fight each other to connect to my phone. More on a cosmetic sense the little pill case slash pairing charging pod seems to have a little rubber tab that pokes out after opening and closing over the span of a couple days. All in all I love these headphones but I would never recommend them to anyone until Samsung polishes them up a bit... They are 150 ish dollars at the time of me writing this so they really shouldn't have this consistent of a problem. NOTE to anyone who wishes to contact Samsung directly on any issues they have with their headphones good luck to you Samsung read me word for word their troubleshoot that you can find on your own and when it failed to fix my issue they merely suggested I buy another. Do yourself a favor and if you get these buy a warranty and just make a pit stop to Best buy every two weeks.

The headphones were great would highly recommend them

One ear is for the phone. The second ear is for music. All outside sound is blocked. You can't hear anyone talking to you with both buds in your ears.

the product do hold a charge long. you can only get phone calls in one earbud at a time.

Easy to follow set up instructions and they sound great.

I can't believe how great these buds are. I had no problem setting them up. I downloaded music from my phone to the buds. Listening from my phone is also an option. Be sure to download the gear manager. It is very helpful. The buds fit my ears perfectly and don't fall out. With a full charge I got 1hour 45 minutes worth of listening.

I read the reviews on these but I still decided to give them a try and I have to say, I should have listened. The sound quality was horrible and the left side kept going in and out the same day I bought them. I decided to keep them for one more day and went to the gym with them and it was not worth it at all and it still kept going In and out. The battery life was horrible.
