    This was the worst $500 I've ever spent!!! The voice the text is very poor. The battery is short. It runs down the battery on your cell. Reset itself every day. Very few apps, the list goes on and on.....Even the Samsung rep, said It wasn't working correctly and to return it. By the way that was my second watch in 3 weeks. I spent countless hours it the store on more occasions than I can remember. However, the Samsung staff is amazing. If your looking to purchase anything from Best Buy, I'd highly recommend the Dunwoody, GA location

    The Gear 2 has a great look that Apple is lacking and I was hoping to be able to replace my Apple Watch with this beauty. Unfortunately I will be returning this. Every single day the watch tells me it's disconnected from mt iPhone and then I have to struggle with the Bluetooth function to attempt to get a reconnection. Today's struggle was the last straw! Thankfully I'm an Elite Plus customer and have 45 days to return it because I've given this watch a full try and it's just not worth the effort.

    Item was a gift. Not something I would have purchased for myself. I am not tech savvy. It is taking some learning. Samsung rep at store is great. Once I get the hang of it I'm sure it will be better.
