Great watch just upset it doesn't have sound on watch

I purchased this as a gift for my boyfriend. We noticed the workout feature consistently stopped during our workouts and gave inaccurate readings. So he ended up exchanging the watch and eventually just returning it.

There's no camera, you can't go on the internet, no Facebook app... for $350 this watch is not even close to worth it. My $30 Smartwatch I had before did more than this watch. It's a nice-looking watch but that's about it.

I bought this product thinking i would make good use of it however I was very disappointed. The things you can do on this watch are very limited. Personally I dont think this is worth the money. I had to return.

Couldn't get it from tmobile so I bought it at a bestbuy location. Tried to get it setup in parking lot and voice texting didn't work so I thought it was just defective. Walked back in to customer service and they exchanged for a new one. Again tried setting up in the parking lot and no luck. They had 2 samsung specialist take a look and were unable to figure out why. Looked online and it's a common issue. Maybe this is why tmobile discontinued this product and had a blowout sale to rid their inventory of them. Dont purchase the gear s2 its not reliable.

This is a very little limited watch as opposed to the Apple watch. I gave up the Apple watch because I wanted to go all out with Samsung products to go along with my newly acquired S7 Edge. Mistake.

Having ordered refurbished items before from BestBuy I was extremely disappointed in the condition of this watch. There were a number of visible scratches and a rather large gouge on the rim and sides of the watch face. I will however give 5 stars to the return policy. I just brought it over to my local store and without any hassle received a full return. Being the return procedure is so easy it’s worth the gamble of ordering a refurbished item and I will again.

The product did what it was supposed to do,..I just did not realize you could not use it as a phone as you can with all the other Gear 2 watches.

Replace my neo thinking I could talk like the neo. Doesn't work that way. Disappointed. Going to return it.

This item is a piece of you know what!! I had it less then 30 days and it fell apart. Best Buy did NOT stand behind it because I did not buy their expensive extended warranty and they only guarantee it for 14 days. Sent it to Samsung to have it repaired and they broke it even worse It now does not work at all and Samsung nor Best Buy will stand behind it and replace it. I spent over $500 on this and now I have nothing but a piece of you know what!

My wife bought this for me for Valentines Day. The battery lasts at least 2 days but, I have had it last for up to 4 days. I have not had any problems with it. There are limited apps but, more than enough. I use it for notification from texts, phone calls, feedback from doing some exercises, directions (so I don't have to take out my phone when out and about while walking). etc. I would not play games on it. Not having Google maps on it was a downer while a recent trip to Shanghai, China because "Here" maps not offer much help there. Because I do travel the "automatic" changing of time zones is very helpful along with the world clock. I would give it 5 stars if the battery lasted 5-7 days and there were a few more apps that I would find useful.

I wore this watch for 2 weeks. On half of those days, I had to charge it to make it through the day. Returned it.

My first smart watch was the first gen moto 360. That watch was alright but didnt amaze me and gave me many problems. I soon got the regular gear s2 and was hooked on it since day one. I recently switched that one out for the Classic version of the gear s2 and its the best decision Ive made. It looks nice and will go with anything you wear. Best part is the metal band option which makes the watch look a lot more different than with the leather band. Easy interchangeable bands, rotating bezel, fitness tracker and watch all in one device is definitely worth the money. Watch faces can easily be changed and there are lots of free watch faces if you do not want to spend extra money on watch faces. Overall really glad I invested in this nice watch

Bought the Gear Classic two weeks ago and just love it. It's fast with an excellent display that can be seen outdoors and a battery that lasts for at least two days. The Gear S2 is well integrated with my Samsung Note 4 and works great with Samsung's S Health App. Although it does like to remind you to get off the couch, "You've been inactive for too long" The complaints from the major reviewers are that the Gear S2 does not have enough apps and for me it has all the apps that I think should be on a wearable watch. If you need more, then use your phone or tablet. What I really like about this watch is its size, it's smaller than all the other wearables on the market so on my smaller man wrist it does not look like a clown watch. The rotating bezel is great but I find that I'm not using it because everything that I need is within 3 or 4 finger slides to the right or left. Cons: I have two, the first is that when it's docked it does not dim the time to become a nightstand time piece as my Moto 360 did. Secondly, and this is not the watches fault but I cannot read my exchange mail from the phone because apparently Samsung followed security protocol from my phones exchange mail app. Drop by your local Best Buy and the Samsung Kiosk and take a look at this watch, if you're in the market for a wearable, this might be the one.

This watch is spectacular! It's absolutely amazing and I'm incredibly satisfied with the purchase. I previously got a Samsung Fit Bit to help track health related data, but the longer I was using it the more I realized the massive benefits of having a smart watch. Which made me want a more powerful smart watch. When I got the S2 Classic, it allowed me to not be on my phone as much and it allowed me to do everything I could have dreamed doing on my watch instead of my phone. The battery life is 2 days with my high level of usage, and it's an eye catcher! People always ask to see my watch when it catches their eye, and it catches a lot of eyes. There are three things I'd recommend for improvements but don't break the deal on this watch: 1) I purchased a new metal band for the watch as I felt the standard leather band was outdated and blah but it wasn't horrible. 2) Apps are continuing to grow daily but I still want more. 3) Allow me to use the watch as a Bluetooth device and leave my phone in my pocket to conduct phone calls. (I know the 3g model does this but honestly who wants to pay an additional $30.00+ per month to a phone carrier to use their watch like a phone.) Other than that, get this watch if you're in the market. It's a fantastic representation of Samsung and it's seamless, smooth and refined products. I highly recommend.

It is useless to me. Half the time it doesn't work. Sales person said it would keep track of my sleep. It does NOT. Wenter back to store to get help with it, sales person read reviews online to me only to tell me what I should try and download to see if any apps would work. Samsung needs to send an update to fix this. Save your $$$ folks and buy something else.

Should have waited for the next generation. Fun to play with watch faces but they look cartoonish.

Purched this watch and returned it the next day.. Did not track any steps.. Went back to best buy and they said I was the third person to come in with same issues.. It is a very nice smart watch, if you aren't going to use it as a fitness watch.. I ended up returning it, and getting the Samsung gear 2.. And have no issues with it..

Time is 1hour off in the city I'm in. sensor off .
