After owning the neo 2 I thought this watch was a improvement but I was wrong. It had alot of nice features but it also didn't have many of the features I liked on the neo 2. The wireless charging system worked really well.

I bought this watch as an accessory for my phone. I actually found myself using it much more than I originally thought I would. I love everything about this watch; the screen, rotating bezel, apps, watch faces, interchangeable bands, and they're always adding more content!! I have convinced at least 2 others to buy this product.

I have tried both the Samsung Gear S3 Frontier and S2 Classic and ended up liking the S2 Classic better. First, I am a small female and the S3 Frontier was gigantic. I even like big faced watches like Fossil and Michael Kors, but the Frontier was wider than my wrist. I also didn't see the benefits of the extra money. I got the S2 Classic for $220 on sale. While it does not have a speaker or the LTE ability, I really didn't see myself using it enough to justify the added expense. So my thoughts about the S2 Classic. First it is absolutely a stunning watch. I've had an iphone and Apple Watch and the look of this just blows the Apple Watch out of the water. It is simple to setup, intuitive to use, and does everything it claims. I like being able to quickly glance at my wrist when I get a call or text without having to dig my phone out of my purse. Pros; gorgeous, easy to use, good price point Cons; no speaker so only vibration notifications and no Starbucks app yet

Speech to text has stopped working when doing text messages on both my watch and my wife's watch. Speech-to-text memos still works no known fixes from Samsung

This watch is great looking and does all you need to keep in touch with emails and texts. Turn your phone's ringer off when in a meeting and get alerts on your phone without disturbing the meeting. Also track your running and workouts. I can't believe how lost I am if I forget or just don't wear it for one day. I rely on it more than you can believe.

Upgraded from the Gear-2 to this model. Overall, I am happy, simply because it looks like a more traditional watch. Battery life is comparable, maybe a bit less than the Gear-2, but not enough to worry about. I've run it for 2 days a couple of times, but generally charge it every evening. Wireless charging is nice on the desk, but I imagine it would be a bit of a pain on a road trip. Thankfully, it charges quickly. More available apps would be nice, and the Gear S2 does not sync Sleep with S-Health. It does take hourly heart rate readings when in DND mode.

Absolutely ridiculous. I've been waiting forever and have yet to receive this watch. No one answers at the store. Just disgusted!

I've had numerous smart watches (LG Watch Urbane, Pebble, Samsung Gear 2) and this is the first one I've had where I didn't feel like I was wearing a giant computer on my wrist. It's not gigantic like most smart watches and the rotating bezel is a stroke of genuis. Definitely recommend!

Only have this watch for 1 year and 2 weeks and the computer board is shot and out of warranty.

I have owned my watch for 1 week and I love it. I also have Samsung Neo and love that one as well. I love the rose gold and think it looks very feminine. I am still finding new things every day on my watch. The battery lasts about 3 days. Beautiful watch...

Ok so I've owned almost every iteration of the gear watches and the styling of this one is great. As a female, its nice to have one that im not ashamed to wear! Overall its fabulous and functional. Huge improvement over the S. But....they took away the ability to make calls on the watch!! The biggest reason i wanted a smartwatch is for safety and being able to place and speak from the watch was an awesome perk! Totally bummed that this is gone and i hope it comes back in future versions!! All you can do is place or answer a call but you have to talk on your phone. If im lying on the floor after falling off a ladder i can't get to the handset. Disappointed Samsung!!!

I love Samsung products, but the size of the old watch put me off. S2 is PERFECT size, changeable watch face, tons of cool features: a timer that alerts you but doesn't disturb others, S health bye bye FitBit, I've just begun to explore my new watch. VR could be a little more accurate and you can't call from your wrist yet overall for the $$ its pretty darn jazzy. Love love it!

The watch is only Bluetooth Capability not for cellular data.

I didnt like it. I rather use my phone. Too complicated

Bought this for a friend and it wont work after a week of usage

It was not my style and too big for my small wrist.

I have had about a month to use and test this new smartwatch, and while this is my first one, have have done plenty of research before purchasing. This is a well constructed piece that not only functions well and is sturdy, but looks really nice as well. My wife even wants one now and this is not something that she has interest in before. I never thought a smartwatch would be something I would want for at least a few more years, but with several of the newest features, such as great water resistance(water proof under normal day to day circumstances) and fitness tracking, they do more than just notify a person of an email. This watch syncs with most of the apps on my phone and even though there is not much the Samsung app page, the fact it works with my other apps so well is great. I have turned down the display brightness and turned off the wake up when I lift my arm function as it came on too often and I thought it was a drain on the battery and I have been able to stretch the time between charges to just over 2 days. It still wakes up when I get a notification so I don't miss anything, and I can turn on the screen with either a push of a button(ooh the effort! lol) or a twist of the very cool bezel. Speaking of the bezel, it is handy if you don't want to use the swipe controls, but I like both so it is a matter of taste. Well I am sure there is more I could add but for now I will just leave it as is and say this is a fine piece of hardware that looks good, and feels good to wear.

I didn't like having to charge the battery everyday.

The Samsung gear s2 classic is great for those who want a smart watch but also want it to look like a normal watch the leather bands that it comes with are nice but I upgraded to a metal band and it looks awesome I've been using it for a week now and the software is excellent switching between apps is very smooth so if you want a smart watch to go to the gym with then you would be more suited with the the gear s2 as the gear s2 classic is more for everyday use and you will not be disappointed.

I have owned a Moto 360 1st & 2nd generation, before this watch (Gear 2) and can highly recommend it to anyone I know. After a full day of use the battery life is still above 50%. With Samsung having there own O.S.(Operating System) they can easily maximize the users experience. The only downfall with this watch is that many popular apps have NOT been designed yet for Samsungs Tizen O.S. Thank you for reading
