I especially love the rotating bezel as a fast way to navigate the apps. Also, the widget screens make everyday functions quick and convenient.

I gave this watch to my boyfriend as a gift. He was impressed with the look and the functions even though he isn't yet using it to its full potential

I have the S3 Frontier and my lady needed something a wee bit smaller. So we went with the S2 and she has been very happy. Before she got her S8 she had an iPhone and still loved the S2 with that phone. The difference between the S2 & S3 functionality is minor. If you want a smaller watch that does not stand out as being a smartwatch, this is the way to go!

The Gear S2 has many more capabilities than the Gear 2 watch. One disadvantage is the lack of speaker on the watch. Apps are much easier to access.

The operating system works great. Very responsive. I love the dial being used to navigate the watches screen. My only wish is that the screen were a little bit bigger and the apps worked a little more independently from the phone. For instance if I get a Facebook notification it will let me know, but the only option I have is to view on phone. Not asking for the full experience of phone on watch. Just asking that I don't need to pull my phone out as much. Makes the watch kind of pointless. Yes I would still buy and recommend. There is great potential here

I've had this watch for several weeks now, and I've been very happy with it. I previously had a Samsung Gear 2 Neo, and this watch does everything and more, except for the speakerphone function, which I never used personally. Also looks much nicer on the wrist... I've gotten several compliments on how classy this watch looks! Battery lasts me about 3 days between charges, typically.

I can now safely call this Gear S2 Classic a watch because it looks like a watch! I've used it since it first came out after transitioning from my Gear 2 and I really like the ability to rotate the bezel to switch between widgets. It's so easy and it not complicated. The leather band doesn't hurt at all and has never left marks on my wrist like the Gear 2 did after a day of wearing. A good thing to remember is the Classic is interchangeable with any 20mm bands. What I love about the Classic is that it monitors your heart rate without you having to set it up. It's not continuous but it does in 10 to 15mins increments which I like a lot. One of the newest features that blew my mind was the Event Widget. I don't have to access my Calendar App to know what I have in store for today; the watch reminds me. The back and home button are a life saver as well. Now onto the battery. Gear 2 I went 3 days with a full charge but I rarely used the features that came with the watch besides telling time, notifications, and fitness. While the Classic I go about 2.5 days on a full charge and that's me using Event, Notification, texting, email, fitness, S Voice, Alarm and Maps Widgets. That's impressive to me. Charging the watch doesn't take long either. the docking station is so easy and simplistic.

This is the best looking and all around most wearable and useful smart watch. Lots of watch faces available. Apps are a little limited but are increasing.

Works great with my note 4, i wished it had speaker, most watches now days does so paying over 300 you could imagine it would come with it..

Very nicely designed and excellent build quality. Runs with Samsung's home grown OS Tizen. Runs very smooth. Bought it for my son and now I want one.

Was waiting for this since it was announced. Finally got it, coolest looking smart watch in the market. Feels and looks just like a regular watch.

Very much looking forward to trying this out in a workout situation but for my day to day it is fantastic. Wish it had longer battery life for music playback but for a good chunk of hours it'll do the trick for a quick flight. Looking forward to seeing what other bands get released for this smart watch. I've dropped it, banged it against things and not a chip or scratch.

I bought this for my mom and she absolutely loves it. Everytime I see her she is wearing it. There are a lot of cool watch faces of you feel like changing things up. You can add or remove apps, get texts and calls, be notified of alerts on your phone, and monitor your steps and heart rate. Looks so much nicer than a fitbit with much more capability!

Probably the best looking smartwatch currently on the market...has a good battery life and nice display. Good basic features for notifications, fitness monitoring, etc. Too bad SS doesn't get back on the Wear bandwagon... Not too crazy about loading a bunch of apps and SS related stuff to get it to work with my LG phone. In the end it works fine.

I purchased this Gear S2 Classic for my brother and he has nothing but great things to say about it. Coming from the previous Gear S, he says the battery life is a significant improvement, and the bezel as control is a more intuitive interaction mode. The only issue he has had was with the voice control not being as responsive as he'd like.

Received watch as a gift. Pretty functional for the most part. Holds a charge well. A more comprehensive users manual would be nice.

I wanted a nice watch, figured why not go smartwatch. It's a nice design and works well, you can see facebook and snapchat messages. It's convenient not always needing to grab your phone to get a message. Lots of cool faces too.

I had the first Gear S and I loved it, though it was a little big for my small wrist, I still loved it. Then when the Gear S2 came out I LOVED the new design, I went with the classic because I just liked the look of it better. But my only complaint is they didn't make it a 3G version like the others, or at least bluetooth with a speaker so I could answer calls and talk into it like my other one. That's my only complaint, well that and wish the watch faces that come with the phone are a little more customizable.

My new smart watch is wonderful. I use it everyday and love it's features. Easy to use and sync with my Note 5. Would recommend for anyone.

The watch looks great and I really like the rotating bezel. I deducted a star for the following reasons: 1. No audio - I previously had a Galaxy gear 2 and you could use the phone as a wireless handset to take and make calls. 2. The bezel and two buttons are great and intuitive, however, it seems silly that there are 3 ways to navigate - you can use the dial, swipe the screen or press the "home" button. It seems to me that Samsung should have made each one do something unique or allow the user to configure them.
