It was just ok. Not as good as I expected to be. There are very few features . It's not work for the amount of money spent on it.

The battery life is horrible, doesn't last me an 8 hrs shift. And I leave for work my gear fully charged.

This is a good watch just if your a business person but if your a runner I don't recommend it, it broke of in less then a week.

I bought this watch for my wife back in December 2015 and about a month ago during normal use the bezel piece fell right off. I have sent it off to Samsung twice and both times they refuse to fix it without charging me. There stating I caused physical damage, even though it came off on its own, while she was checking her notifications. There customer service is the WORST!!!!!!!!!!!! The only way they would respond to me is through Facebook and even then there working on a different time zone (probably Philippines). It's a manufacturer defect and I have even reached out to the call center and left messages with no call back. DO NOT BUY ANY SAMSUNG PRODUCT, if they ever break they will not fix it, even if its under warranty. I own 2 note 4s, 3 Samsung tvs, and a tablet. Will not buy again. The bezel has issues, read before buying.

I am so mad at myself for letting best buy bully me into buying another Smasung watch when I very clearly explained what I wanted and what I didn't. I now have to return another watch I hate. This watch is way too big for anyone that has small wrists and way too bulky for working out in. If you like the Apple watch for its fitness aspects this does not compare at all!

The new model has less features the the old model. Does not have a intercom function that I used all the time. More money and less function. After 2 years my previous charger broke so I thought I would upgrade. Returning it and buying an old version. Way to much for what it does. Shop for cheaper alternativeS because this is not worth the price.
