Ok. That is sexist statement. But first, it is a beautiful watch. Great functionality. I only say that because it is not light...It's has a sleep monitor, but I can't quite get use to the mass while sleeping...so I don't sleep with it on...duh. Wish they would go to the google os instead of the limited gear apps under Samsung Apps...more whining...wouldn't trade it in!

Besides being a very handsome and good looking watch. It is built to take on some rough wear and tare. The battery life is also excellent. A great watch a little expensive but it meets or exceeds that old saying. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

I used to think that smart watches were pointless. I received mine as a birthday gift and I have since been pleasantly surprised at how much I like the thing. I still think that you can be perfectly fine without, but if you can afford one, then it has plenty of positives. It's great for those that like to be up to date with notifications and make quick replies. Also, I'm not a health nut, but I like to see the health stats that are automatically recorded. I feel like it is slightly making me more health conscious (the sleep tracker has become a wake up call to my poor sleeping habits, lol). It's also good for remote controlling my music when I have my phone plugged into a speaker. I am a big fan of Samsung Pay, so I also like it as a easy way to pay for my things. Overall it's great, but I'm sure there are cheaper options than do just as much.

This is an “AWESOME” smartwatch! My first smartwatch was a Moto 360 2nd Generation which at the time I thought was really nice. I loved that it vibrated when I received a message or call because many times I couldn’t hear the phone ring when in noisy places. I have a Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Plus smartphone and was on the Samsung website when I saw them advertising this Gear S3. I read about how you could place and answer calls and use the watch with Samsung Pay, which I use all the time with my phone. I was so impressed with all the features and things you can do with this watch and knew I had to have one! I saw the pictures of the smartwatch and thought it looked really nice. I went straight to Best Buy to purchase this smartwatch and am so happy that I did! There are some really nice looking watch faces and useful apps that you can get. I am really, really happy with this purchase!!

I received this for father's day. I love the watch! I can customize it to fit my needs. The call quality through the watch is amazing. My wife says that when I talk to her through the watch it sounds crystal clear. The battery life lasts about a day and a half for me. I wish there was more selection for apps on the watch but the ones they have are pretty good. The watch send me random alerts to stay active if I sit too long which is nice. It will suggest a few exercises to do and track them which only takes a minute to do them. It also counts my steps, flights of stairs taken, and calories burned. It has several exercises it can track as well. I have showered with the watch on with no issues. I haven't swam yet but it should do fine. Overall I'm very happy that I received this watch!

Really nice, tracks steps without false driving steps. Battery life 2.5 days with most features turned on. Bezel selection is nice interface. And being able to pay with just watch using Samsung pay is amazing. Works 99% credit card readers.

I absolutely love this watch! In my opinion it is better than the Apple Iwatch because its easier to use, has a big screen, and you can customize the look with the abundance of watch faces available to download. I love that this looks like a traditional watch. You will be more unique wearing this instead of the Apple watch because everyone basic seems to have one. I am a Spotify user and there is an app for that on this watch. Pair this with the icon x wireless headphones and you'll be so happy you purchased this item. Also you can listen save music on the device and listen to it from the watch. Store pictures and make and receive calls on a big screen. The turn dial is also another advantage which makes it so you don't really ever have to touch the screen. I would give it 5 stars if the screen displays were as high def and crisp as apples but indeed it is not. I own both this and the Apple's version and this is a better watch in my opinion. Regretfully I returned this because I choose the iPhone 7 after trying out the Samsung 7 and leaning that I prefer IPhone over androids/Samsung. I like the clean, simple, no-nonsense business appeal of Iphones but Ilike all other Samsung products such as this better than Apples. However I just found out that you can pair this with iPhones! So now I am reconsidering purchasing this again. I would recommend this watch no matter which device you own.

Overall it's a good watch, comfortable, good weight, doesn't feel cheap. Functionality is limited in certain key ways that it would be nice to see change as smart watches become more popular (i.e. no compatibility with Google assistant, you can't open messaging apps like messenger - you can reply, but only when there is a notification, unable to train voice model - watch will often activate s voice without my prompt) But aside from that it does everything it says it will, plus the watch faces are plentiful and stylish to match the tastes of any consumer.

I think everyone should get one. The mic is excellent. Battery Last for 2 day!

The Gear S3 is bigger than the Gear S2. This watch has a big face to it. I loved the size of the Gear S2 because the face size and weight was just right. The Gear S3 is more bulky than the S2. Performance is about the same as the S2, but I did notice that the watch battery does drain alot quicker. My S2 had about 2 1/2 days of battery life. The gear S3 has about 1 1/2 days of battery life.

My wife and I bought our watches for each other on our anniversary. I wasn't sure I was in love with the idea, but gave it a go. Now I'm glad I did. This watch allows me to do quite a bit (answer calls, look at texts, check weather, etc. without hauling out my phone. Since I'm an outdoors guy, this helps... especially when I'm on the water and don't want to expose my phone to any accidental dunkings. The phone can communicate with the watch from a bit of distance, so I can keep the phone safely sealed in a watertight compartment in my kayak and do everything I want on the watch. It lasts about 3 days or so on a charge, so I can usually monitor a couple of nights sleep with it. It's functional, looks good, and reduces the amount of times I have to haul my phone out of my pocket. I'd call that a win.

This watch is convenient, good looking, and easy to use. The one drawback is that it does not take The Nike plus running app. We are still waiting for that. We took a three night trip to Vegas with no charger and the battery only went down to 55% with wearing it every day. It was fun looking at the mileage we had walked. It was a gift for my boyfriend. I think it's too big for a girl.
