Received my laptop after two days, it came defective and not in the original packaging. Totally disappointed.

1. To see something on the screen brightness should be at least 50%, so screen brightness is worn out.
2. When we turned it on, it couldn't find/connect to the wifi while other our laptops connect easily.
3. The power cable was missed.
4. Laptop's case looks very used and worn out.

Came with Windows 11 (these originally came with Windows 10). While the TouchPad works in BIOS and shows sporatic movement while Windows is starting, it doesn't work on the sign in screen or once Windows is loaded. This cats severe doubts as what process was actually used to "certify" this unit. p.s. Google search "touchpad not working Windows 11" shows several hits and Samsung support even has a page with troubleshooting... nothing works.

I've been using this laptop for college since I arrived in America. I bought this laptop because I needed a solution to daily tasks such as essays or research. However, I'm about to start a major in Data Science, and this computer does not meet the minimum requirements for a pc in a tech major. I'm looking to sell it. Overall, it worked well and the touch function is an extra.

I bought this in November 2022 and the keyboard suddenly. Didn’t spill water or anything on it. They don’t have the part to fix it when I took it for repair

I bought the Flex2 Alpha in March 2022 with an expectation of the possibility of the same problems as the Samsung 1080p product launch. As a result, I bought a 3-year protection plan. To date, I'm surprised no Flex 2 technical or hardware issues. (9/19/2023) -----
