Again, my wife has no issue with the monitor size, nor did my teenage daughter. The Chrome tools that are shared with those on our Android phones really add to our overall convenience. For the money and purpose of use, this was a no-brainer.

I love this computer. the price was affordable, I can watch movies, play games. It is a true deal.

Very well built and super fast at a great price. If you run your life on Google this is a no brainer. If you don't then it might be worth it anyways.

I ordered this "Geek Squad Certified" Chromebook. The trackpad did not work. After about six hours of troubleshooting with Samsung, bringing it to the Geek Squad, and resetting this and that, all they could offer was a refund. I needed that Chromebook for a meeting that day. Since I would have had to spend nearly $80 more, I didn't purchase it again. Taking a returned machine, throwing it in a box and reselling it isn't "certification" it's a recipe for a waste of time and effort. If anyone had even bothered to turn this on to check they would have immediately seen it needed repair.

The overall appearance was appealing with a slim design and light weight but when I opened the lid, it seemed to be a bit flimsy. When I powered it on, I was disappointed that there were no preloaded apps. Being accustomed to my Android tablets, I was not prepared to have to download apps just to start to use this netbook. I was not happy when it wanted a credit card to download any apps even if they were "free". Not impressed by that experience and promptly returned it to the store. I would rather have had it preloaded with Android...

So i bought this for my mother for a Christmas present and when i got it in the mail the darn thing would not charge because the charging unit was broke so since i was 16 and im nearest best buy was in another state i had to get my father to drive me there because i could not go alone and i had to find time becouse i worked allot and i had to purchase a brand new device and pay the extra amount which kinda sucked given that there the ones who sent me a broken device anyway the device now is okay but it just flat out sucks just buy a laptop unless your only going to get on facebook

I purchased this for my college courses and because of the size its great for me to bring anywhere.

If its wireless performance would have been half decent I would have kept it, but so many tweaks to get it to almost work isn;t worth it. When traveling you have no control what others have set on their routers. They really need to fix that for the device to be viable. I ended up returning it for a refund.

No need for a tablet with this very portable computer.

Ordered this chromebook for my daughter's Christmas gift. I ordered it just after Thanksgiving and she opened it on Christmas Day. It wasn't inboxes interim because it was a gift. Upon use, the laptop constantly shuts itself down and reboots. It will not play video without freezing up and shutting down. It is frustrating to use and Best buy contends that they can't do anything about it due to my missing the 15 day return policy. Evidently, I should have known to mistrust the laptop and the seller. I should have known to spend time testing this product prior to gifting it. Faulty product is one thing, poor customer service is something else entirely. Buyer Beware!

Great for the price and for an extra labtop. My kids love it. Very lightand cute.

I like almost everything about the Chromebook. It's fun, light, cute. The only problem I have has is that it is not run by Windows or MAC and I wasn't able to download some of my teaching items.

This chromebook is excellent - I already own one that I bought new and I love it. I bought the refurbished one as a second device for the family, and it was buggy including wi-fi not working. I took it to my local GeekSquad and they agreed, so I returned it.

perfect for arm chair surfing, light weight no learning curve. the battery life is so so but I'm never far from an outlet.

Easy to use and great to travel with. Still like my ipad but this has a full keyboard.

Good price, I felt safe with buying from Best Buy........other stores would not comment who refurbishes their computers.

Overall a nice computer for the money. Audio quality is lacking, plan on using headphones or external speaker.

It is what it is. I great little "chromebook" for surfing and such. With all that is available as apps for chrome, there is not much else you need unless you are a gamer.

Although we have only had this since Christmas, my daughter couldn't be happier. It is perfect for her needs...email, YouTube, Internet etc. At full price this is a great deal, to find it refurbished by the geek squad at a reduced price...unbeatable!
