Price and performance well suited

Didn't work, and could not be sent a replacement

Item was shipped with incorrect charger

Geek Squad shipped it with wrong charger and despite 4 phone calls to local stores and GeekSquad HQ USA, I was told they couldn't help me and I needed to return the item for a refund. Huge waste of my time and disappointed birthday girl, thanks again Best Buy, this was you're last chance.
