Quick, accommodating, but a bit heavy.

Can't type with my new computer, very frustrating. My next step is to send it back.

Only gave 4/5 stars because while it was refurbished and I didn't expect it an exactly from the factory product, best buy didn't even include basic user guides or manuals. Since it was a gift to a computer newbie...they have to google anytime there is a question on how to operate the PC. Ironic.

This was not a good working product. Several of the keyboard keys did not work and he ended up returning it almost immediately and paying more for another product.

This fit the bill - I5, 750 gig HD, 4 USB (2 are 3.0) and matte no-glare screen. Don't like touch screens because of the annoying glare. I agree Win 8 a little awkward compared to Win 7, however to my delight, Win 8 is very fluid & responsive to mouse navigation. Probably due to being a refurbished machine, it was missing the recovery partition files required by Win 8 in event of crash and re-installing OS. After much research, found you can create a recovery backup using Windows 7 recovery tool. Just type in "Windows 7 Recovery" in Control Panel search. Not a gamer, but a gamer acquaintance thinks it is great.
