The 6gb of ram and i5 make it quite fast, and the dual wifi def. helps too. Great graphics and excellent sound. Overall, I love it, however, it is a bit heavy and a bit wide, thin enough though.

This computer was everything I wanted except the mouse pad is so big that I am constantly, and I mean constantly, hitting it on accident. Can't type with my new computer, very frustrating. My next step is to send it back.

bought this laptop as a gift, it was priced great for the quality build. Only gave 4/5 stars because while it was refurbished and I didn't expect it an exactly from the factory product, best buy didn't even include basic user guides or manuals. Since it was a gift to a computer newbie...they have to google anytime there is a question on how to operate the PC. Ironic.

Purchased this for my adult son on his recommendation based on a good working product. This was not a good working product. Several of the keyboard keys did not work and he ended up returning it almost immediately and paying more for another product.
