Don't let the refurb fool ya

And now I have a perfectly functioning Samsung 970 EVO 250gb in my Lenono Flex 4 laptop. 3496 read speed with 1536 write speed on a 250gb nvme m.2 drive! What's not to like. I would highly suggest getting this if anyone is interested because mine is flawless. I included a photo of CrystalDisk to verify the speeds.

Referbished is still a solid product

I'm still testing out it's advantage to get solid numbers, not just a feeling. It was easy to install and the price was great. My only change so far would have been a larger drive.

When it came time to upgrade a family member's laptop, a Geek Squad Certified 970 EVO looked to be a great bargain for a top-tier SSD. The drive I received had less than 3 terabytes written, which is basically still brand new as these are rated for 150 terabytes written. Drive came wiped and ready for formatting, and I had no issue migrating the OS install. Absolute rocketship compared to the laptop's traditional HDD, turning a bottom-of-mid-tier 2500U-based laptop into a real powerhouse. First time I've bought a Geek Squad Certified Refurbished drive and likely the first of many. Highly recommended!

Great SSD with half price

After I got this great deal I went ahead and ordered another 1tb to fill the other slot on my board. Now all my games are installed on the fastest loading drives in my machine. Very nice.
