Doesn't always play disks and it has to be powered on/off to get the discs to play.

So far, I have not gotten the unit to recognize that it is connected to my 3-D TV, which is why I bought it in the first place.

The Blu-ray player, itself seems to be fine. It plays discs although the wi-fi services seem a bit clunky. The big problem was with getting the product. Even though the website says it comes with a remote, batteries and manual, the first one arrived without any of those. It was just the player in a box. Best Buy customer service sent out another and said to return the first one to a store. So I did. The store had no idea what to do with it. After they made a couple of calls, things seem to be fine now. The second Blu-ray player arrived yesterday. It has a remote. But still no batteries or manual. Those things aren't a big deal... manuals can be found online and batteries are cheap enough. Just beware that the website is not always accurate with what you should expect in the box. Now I'm just praying I don't get charged for two of these.
