They fall out my ears but other than that i love them

I washed my first pair and the case stopped working. Tried other headphones kept trying to replace this, nothing really compared. Just got them agian.

LOVE THESE BUDS! Connect swiftly to my watch, phone (Galaxy 21 Ultra), and my MacBook Pro. The Boise canceling feature works really well, though the pressure can get frustrating. I've turned that feature off and it still is plenty loud. The fit of the bean takes some getting used to but I can't imagine it's any different than an air pod. Great buy even if my first one got lost in the mail, which Best Buy quickly replaced. I bought them certified repaired and the quality had been stellar. I wouldn't have known they weren't new if it wasn't for the label.

Love this baby! They are comfortable, stylist, easy to use, very good quality and must say love the color.

I got these beans for my son, and he is so happy! They work great a little big for him but he is happy!

Very comfortable ear buds. Easy to forget you have them in. Good sound quality. Love the blue for a nice change of pace.

The only thing that I don't like is that you cannot put insurance on this item because it is refurbish

I've been looking at these since they were first in the market. Was able to snatch a pair at a super discount.

Purchased these for my daughters birthday. Picked them up December 26th to give to her January 17th. I didn't know return period was less than 30 days. We knew they were refurbished but we thought Geek Squad would swap out the rubber pieces that hold them in and they would take them apart and thoroughly clean them. That did not happen, They had a TON of earwax from the last person who had them. It was just discusting. My daughter would not even put them in her ears even after I cleaned them, removed all of the wax (DISCUSTING) and wiped them down with alcohol. I can't even tell you what they sounded like because she would not use them. We are stuck with a pair of waxy discusting ear buds. I would HIGHLY recommend not purchasing reburbished ear buds from Best Buy. Unfortunately I did not take photos before I cleaned them so I can't show you how discusting they were.

After much research, I chose these. I love these. They are comfortable and the clarity is excellent. No problem with hearing anything.

I really like this one also it worth paying money for this item.

My wife has these, and they didn't seem too bad. I bought an open box / refurbished set. Had some powder-like/maybe dry ear eax on them. Sprayed them with disinfectant and/or wiped them with some. I also have the buds plus, and the plus stay in ear better and seems to have better sound.

Worked great a first. But then started picking up background noise that would sound like I was at a construction zone. This made talking on the phone impossible which was the main reason for getting this. Ended up trading these within a year

Needed a set of earbuds. Gave these a try, but they didn't fit my ears well and keep falling out. Everyones ears are not the same, not for mine

The 1st pair I bought were a bust. The battery drained in 30 min consistently but sent them back and got another pair and this pair is worth every penny. Especially at discounted refirb price. Highly recommend for the price.

Pairs great with my samsung s20 phone...need more distance when you walk away from your phone though.

I think my ears are to big but I like that I don't have to smash the bud into my ear canal. It's a keeper
