I just got these 2 days ago, and so far they are great! They are in excellent condition and really surprised me how the charging case is even in really good condition. The sound is amazing, and I love the features where you can block out all sound, or the opposite where you can set it to where you can hear around you if you need too for safety. These are the best headphones I've ever owned. My phone will even charge the case! Connected in a few seconds after downloading the required app. So far so good! The ONLY reason I'm rating them 4* undead of 5* is because I was suppose to get 3 different sets of ear pieces S/M/L, well I was missing the medium pair and looked and looked and they were not in the box. I decided to just try the others to see if they would fit, and fortunately for me the small size fits my ears perfectly. Now I can see how this would have been a problem for someone who absolutely needed the medium pair because if you don't get a food seal around your ear the headphones won't sound as good. I just happen to be lucky and the small fit me perfect. That's the only negative thing about my purchase I can say so far. The battery life seems to be as advertised so far. I don't know if I just happen to get a really good pair, but I would recommend these to someone looking for a good set at a discounted price judging by what I received only. I can't speak for what others have received, but mine were excellent!

I think these ear buds are the best , the sound quality is amazing , comfortable and reliable, battery consumption is incredible it last almost 3 days on a full charge with daily use overall these ones are a totally 5 stars.

These earphone came in two days..which is really good! The earphones, of course being refurbished, had removed tips but the all sizes came in the box brand new and unused. So don't freak out just because the tips that normally are already on them are missing....they are in the box. The box was a little worse for wear but nothing too bad..just had obvious signs that it had been open before. Now to what matters...the earphones. They looked pretty much brand new..no scares or scratches, which is important because of the mirror finish on my version. Not even the case had any signs of damage. Finally everything worked like they were suppose to. Had zero problems with the set up or use of the earphones. They sound outstanding..comfortable for my ears, and look amazing. So all is good for me.

Great value for the buds Pro refurbished. Less than 1/4 of the value of new ones, with all the same features and accessories. Was like brand new, really good earbuds. Scary good battery life and sound quality!

Good product overall, but missing the the medium size tips. I assume the discounted price accounts for these missing items, but I wish the description would mention that. I intend to keep this purchase, but will think twice about buying a refurbished item from Best Buy.

Came without box and medium eartips, but considering the price and the fact that they were pretty much brand new, I wasn't bothered much. Works great and I use them everyday. I do miss the interchangeable fin tips, as they kept them in my ears better. Noise cancelling works great, but is slightly less effective than Airpods Pro noise cancelling. Voice detect is an cool and fun feature.

I purchased this earbuds as refurbished and i do believe someone just returned it, because it is in brandnew condition. Earbud silicones and charging cable came brandnew. And it was super clean. Did not experiences anything like couple other buyers did. It asked me to update the software as soon as i paired it. Update is done and WOW. I already own Galaxy Bud+. The Pro is another level.

Nice to have a pair of wireless ear buds and that they also match my Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G phone is nice(Phantom Silver). Sound is pretty good. I'm listening to The Weekend "Save Your Tears for Another Day" as I type this and the bass is pretty good on the Bass Boost setting. Not earth shaking but comfortable. I was listening to The Tubes "She's a Beauty" before that and I have to say that all the songs are going to give out different bass. I like a lot of bass, I guess from growing up in South Philly in the 80's. But on a stereo or car stereo you can adjust the bass here you can't, you're pretty much given what the ear buds can do and also the quality of the stream and right now I'm streaming from Spotify on the Verizon Network(my carrier for about 20 years). They're pretty comfortable but I still like over the ear headphones better.

Everything about it is amazing and comes with 3 sets of esr pieces depending on your ear size. Great life and sound.

This item is great or awful depends why you bought it. I bought it to talk on the phone and listen to music like anyone would. The sound quality is unmatched in the best way. Music is very clear so you can hear what the artist put in the music from highs lows and stuff you didn't know was in there. The bad The microphone sucks. All i hear is how muffled i am i looked online its a normal thing for these buds. It was the primary reason why i bought them

Came with everything (All Earbud Sizes, Charger Cord, Earbuds and Case) and connected perfectly with my Samsung phone and Tablet. I was a bit nervous to buy them refurbished because of some of the reviews but they were clean and looked just like new. They sound great and all the features work perfectly fine. Definitely worth it, especially at the discounted price. Only con is that they didn't come charged, but I didn't see this as an issue because I didn't need to use them immediately. Took the extra time to look at the manual and clean them.

Sound is clear clean and long lasting. The noise cancelation is so good when I put my phone in my back pocket it will cancel out my motorcycle exhaust sounds. And the ambient noise feature is just short of hearing aid assistance. I use them at work for hours at a time during work calls and meetings. Ive had two supervisors walk up to me thinking I wasn't on a call because they're so small. So tell your boss so you do get yelled at when they dont see that big heavy headset crown on your head. I can ware them inside my helmet and they stay in place. I have the largest sized silicone adapters but i still have slightest issue with fall out after long ware but i have larger ear canals so not really Samsungs fault. There are some quality aftermarket prices i can buy that are memory foam , if Samsung had included them these would be the absolute best buds period.

It sounds great... it's been a while and it's still in perfect condition. I recommend them

I am very pleased with my Galaxy Buds Pro. They fit well, sound great, and have decent noise canceling. I was a little nervous about buying a refurbished product, but for the price it was worth a shot. I was not at all disappointed. They arrived packaged well, clean, and new in appearance. They pair seamlessly with my S21 and Galaxy Watch.

These are an everyday staple for us. Was not sure I would even like them, seeing as how im not an earbud person. I have my tragus pierced on both sides, these still fit perfectly and are not awkward in my ear. We have 3 pairs in our house atm and counting.

While the buds themselves work well, when I received my buds there was an abundant amount of earwax in them. I had them exchanged, but this took nearly a week before the replacement buds were delivered to the store. The case on the new buds DO NOT close properly. Even with the buds out of the case, the case will NOT close properly. I made attempts, in store, to have this resolved, but could not get anyone to approve a second exchange. Because of this issue, my buds will die out on me in minutes on many occasions if I do not have them charging before I use them. As you can expect, they're constantly on and trying to connect to my phone and laptop when they're in range since they're always on without the case being closed. This leads for my phone to change which bluetooth device is connected. An easy fix, but irritating to say the least. I loved the original Galaxy buds, but my experience with the Buds pro were less than ideal. I'll more than likely be purchasing the Galaxy buds Pro2 in the near future if I'm not able to find a suitable replacement case or fix my existing case.

Really good quality earphones. Quite low battery and not as loud as i wanted to. But it works for now. Cant sing along it activate the ambient sounds and i dont know how to deactivate it.

Really nice earbuds. I got these refurbished and they still work great! Had them for almost a year now. Comfortable fit to the ears and never really fell out of my ears
