Excellent price and quality! I am not afraid if refurbushed or open box items. So when these ear buds went on sale AND they had great reviews I got them. the fit is great for me. Stay in my ears with only slight adjustments. Paired perfectly with My Galaxy phone and last all day at work without charging.

I have had several different earbuds from different manufacturers including Samsung. The models including this Galaxy Bud+ have the capability to wireless charge which is convenient as I have a wireless charger for my phone. The IPX2 on Bud+ is good but not better than IPX7 on my other non-Samsung units. The difference is that IPX2 is water-resistant whereas IPX7 is waterproof. The best feature I like on the Bud+ is the ability to tap on the side of the earbuds to stop/start the music and fast forward without taking out my phone. The Samsung Galaxy Wearable app allows you further configure the buds for different music setting such as soft, bass boost, etc. I also like the ability to find a bud if you dropped it falls out. The Find My Earbuds feature will start beeping so you can find it. My other Earbuds don't have this feature and it took me a while to find it when I dropped it.

I find these to be much better than cheaper ear buds. The sound profile is neutral which I like, though I do wish I could feel the bass and some treble a little more. There's a little thump, but not as much as I'd like. That's not to say these are bass forward, they're not. With good audio, you can feel the thump of certain sounds, or the vibration of other certain other sounds. The touch controls could be a bit more responsive. Most of the time it detects 3 rapid taps as only 2 or 1. It works if you go slower though. Aside from that, I do wish the sound passthrough could work for only voices, but that's not on this model. The only two gripes I have with these, is that none of the ear silicone pieces fit my ears that well. Do they seal? Yes. Do they stay in place? No. They slowly work their way out. Sometimes much faster than other days. They're certainly not the most comfortable either. I unfortunately had to buy a spare set of the ear silicones as well, as it seems the Geek Squad refurbished ones tend to be missing a size, or all.

First off, I love to buy refurbished devices from best buy because they are practically brand new! I bought the blue refurbished samsung buds + for a great deal! They paired up with my LG phone easily. I already had the wear app for my samsung watch. I also paired them to my work macbook. (I had to turn off the Bluetooth on my phone to disconnect them to my macbook for the first time. Now I can switch them back and forth with no problem). I wore them at work for over 4 hours with no problem. I wore them on the treadmill (slowly walking) without them falling out or moving. I forget they are in my ears. They battery life last forever! I chose these buds + over the new buds live because of the battery life. The touch controls are very responsive. You can turn the touch controls on or off in the app. I have only played with the ambient sound and found that they kinda work as hearing aids LOL. If you don't have music playing and turn on ambient sound, it lets in and amplifies the sound around you. I thought it was cool until my son ran past me screaming, now I know how my elderly father feels and why he removes his hearing aids when we visit LOL. They are not noise canceling but the sound is clear no matter what is going on around you. The only con is that it said it comes with 3 pairs of silicon ear pieces (for the end that fits in your ear) and they did NOT. :( I am just dealing with the one set it came with for now. If you are on the fence about buying these DO IT! YOU WON'T REGRET IT!

Love these headphones they are great. Fits in my ear perfectly. The noice cancelling works well and the ability to hear over the music works well as well. Very nice blue color as well

Fit and work great. They are very comfortable and I use them for meetings on my computer at work. I have not had any issues with the battery life so far they have held a charge as long as I have needed them. The reason I did not give 5 stars is because the volume could be better. I have to use them at 100% volume.

Love my GalaxyBuds. The attach really well and they have a good sound and quality. I bought them refurbished so i got them at a good price. Wish samsung added google assistance instead of bixby, i am not a fan of bixby. Overall, i am satified.

The sound and battery life and functions are good on these; however after a few months of use the volume level on one side will become less and less with no way to adjust it and make them useable again.

I saved a few bucks by going with the refurbished package rather than new. The earbuds work well and I'm very happy with them. See other reviews for performance. But my package lacked the size of ear tips and wingtips that I needed - and what was included was the wrong color. I could return the whole package, but they are good enough for what I need. If a reliably complete package is important to you, spend the extra on the new package.

Wow these earbuds blew me away! I love the quality of them, they have a crisp and clear sound. The battery quality is so good, they will last me 3 days before i have to charge them again. I bought some for my wife because she listens to music all night long at work and she loves the sound quality and the easiness of be able to to just tal the ear bud for the next song or to raise or lower the volumn. I love the adaptive hearing to it because it really doesnt take me out of any conversation going on around me.

When it comes to Samsung Galaxy Buds+ they're Gold to me, I have every Small Ears and with the right Rubber Tips, they fit Perfectly. The Sound Quality is Amazing, cause my Ears are Small, the Noise Cancelations is out of this World. I feel like I'm the only person in the World in the right place, with Low Volume. If your surroundings is louder, just turn them up some. I use mine mostly all day throughout the Week, to listen to Music and accept Calls. On the weekend, I only use them for Mobile Gaming, like when I play Call of Duty: Mobile. You hear which direction Footsteps or Gunfire is coming and able to prepare for upcoming Threats some. Ambient Sound is Amazing, especially when you need to hear your Surroundings. I'm mostly at work using one Bud, so I can take advantage of this feature, when I'm out walking. The Buds are just as great and I one to Believe that each version of the Galaxy Buds just approved upon the previous version. Granted the Pros do look like some Jelly Beans and like they may be uncomfortable for smaller Ears people like myself. Yet, I use my Galaxy Buds+ with my Galaxy Watch4 Classic LTE, my Galaxy Fold2, my Galaxy A32, Samsung Chrome Laptop and on my Samsung Tezin SmartTV. They work great when paired to other Samsung Products. Oh this is how Amazing they're to me, this is literally my 4th pair, cause I keep losing them. So I do recommend that you by a case for them. Like the Silicone Keychain Case or you keep them packed away. I'm always in another World and I'm moztly using one Bud to listen to my Music, cause having both in will completely out of this World into the World I'm listening too. So I have a few Half Sets and I lost a complete Pair, I don't recommend that you put them in your Pants Pockets, unless you are going to check and see if they're there every time you get up. Other than that, Trust me, they're Amazing and Golden if you have Small Ears.

These work flawlessly. Great sound quality, easy to use app features, and yet still super cute in the robin egg light blue color. The charging case back up charge feature is amazing for the mom on the go and with the ambient sound, you can hear your music and still hear the world around you so that nobody can sneak up on you from behind! Win Win! Great buy from Best Buy!

This refurbished earbuds sounds very good, they looks like brand new and the battery lasts up to 10 hours. Very easy to pair it with my galaxy S10.

Sound great, took some time to find the right fit, but they're so light I forget they're in. The ambient sound/hear your own voice features are trippy, but cool. Charge quickly, and hold a long charge. I really like the way the blue shines as well. The app isn't the most advanced, but not super basic either. The EQ could use some work. Overall, I def recommend, esp at this price. Mine came very clean, like brand new, just the box a bit beat up.

Earbuds have never fit my ears, but these do! there's a little notch on these that fits comfortably behind the cartilage and these do not fall out (adjustable as well). With most earbuds, I have to jam them into my ear and then they still fall out as soon as I move, but not these. That was my greatest concern going into it. The sound quality is very good and the noise passthrough setting works well. The battery lasts forever and the case recharges quickly. I am very happy with these.

I'm in love with these earbuds. First of all, they fit perfectly and don't fall out of the ears. The sound is really good, I love that you can control the volume not only on your phone, but on the earbuds itself. The microphone on these buds is amazing! Sound is so clear and picks up your voice really good, perfect for phone calls. Pairs with my Galaxy phone within 1-2 seconds. Stays charged for a long time. I recommend!

I love these Buds. I had the Galaxy Icons and enjoyed those for a long time but being an Apple user made it suck a bit because you lost out some features. However these buds with their app now make it Apple friendly. I have never liked Apple buds cuz they never fit right for me but these for like a glove. Perfect fit, great battery life, and awesome small case! Only thing I wish is they were a bit louder.

Happy with the audio quality and ease of use. The battery life is good enough and it haven't had any issues pairing the buds with my Pixel 4a 5g. The noise cancellation isn't the best and the ambient sound setting is just okay, but both are good enough to not bother me. Bought them refurbished at a heavily discounted price and so for the refurbished price, the earbuds have definitely exceeded my expectations.

Came in PERFECT CONDITION and CLEAN. The only item missing was the set of silicone ear tips that were originally on the earbuds. I am fine with that as they were in someone else’s ear and Best Buy probably took them off and threw them away. The large ones fit great for me and the price was CRAZY LOW, so no complaints from me. Battery does last forever, sound is good for everything I use them for. Glad I got these!
