I got them refurbished and so far It had no problems, the only problem it was missing some parts to adapt the size (gums) but the ones for my size were there so it was not a big deal. the galaxy buds+ are great I use them sometimes to job and they do not fall

Samsung Earbuds are really good quality, was a bit hesitant buying certified refurb but appears brand new. Excellent sounding as well.

This is pretty good! Long battery and sound good enough, the ambient noise blew me away tbh. I bought the Certified Refurbished and the reason why I returned them is that the middle size earpiece was missing (My size). Right after returning them I used the credit and bought a brand new pair. It hs been 3 days and they are great. The one BAD thing about them is they can get hot fast and start beeping, making it unusable. PLEASE take into account that I live in West Texas and the temperature is 105-109 F degrees and I spend little time outside. But they haven't overheated at indoors or warm temperature with long usage (5 hrs continues)

The buds are super nice goes well with my galaxy collection s20 ultra galaxy watch 46mm and now these couldn't beat the 50$ price for refurbished the only thing is they did not come with all 3 ear sizes missing medium which is fine case looked brand new andthey sound good not great but worth it

I am always a little bit wary purchasing something which has been returned, then Geek Squad fixed and certified. It's usually a 50/50 chance it will work out. I wanted these earbuds for a couple years, but could not afford them. When i saw these certified refurbished ones I had to try them. I have been pleasantly surprised!!! Not only do they work great, but all the features (including the beta features) work great. I love the Ambient Aware function, and that you can change how strong you want the Ambient Aware to be (hear everything around you, hear just a little, and choices in-between). I love the easy tap to use functions. It would be a 5 star review if there were more wing options. I have smaller ears and canals. The smallest wing is just a tiny bit too big. I can use it for a bit, but hurts after an hour or so. However, the smallest option of just rubber with no tip doesn't hold the earbud in place at all.

Very competitively priced in the premium earbud segment. The transparency mode is useful for staying aware of your surroundings while still listening to whatever you need to. It's very easy to pair these and make use of the features. There's no active noise canceling like other more expensive products, but the seal of these offers good passive noise isolation. I haven't really tried any other products in this category so I can't say how they compare in terms of sounds, features or ease of use. They're definitely not perfect but they do everything well.

I purchased these earbuds once before and loved them. Note: they don't like getting washed in a wash machine though. Not only are they comfortable, they don't fall out of you ear with vigorous activity, like running. The sound quality is good, even outside.

But these, refurbished, were a great deal and sound fantastic, only thing I could wish was that they were water resistant.

Three days ago I would have given a 5-star review. The buds+ sound is improved over the first version and the battery life is significantly longer. So what happened. Three days ago the right bud suddenly dropped the volume to the point where you can barely hear the sound. The left bud works just fine. I wasn't able to find a fix for this and it appears I'm just out of the 30-days return window. Bummer.

Great buds. Excellent sound. Stay firm in ears while on treadmill. Battery last long. And great price for a refurbished pair.

The Samsung earbuds work perfectly. The sound quality is very high. They fit great inside of my ears without any pain or discomfort. I would recommend these to anyone. Samsung make quality products and have many loyal customers like myself.

The headset is perfect from the sound quality to the fit. Only problem for me is the IP rating is IPX2. I was planning to use this for exercise for which IPX4 is recommended. Hope Samsung releases a revision with better IPX2 rating.

These ear buds arrived and looked like new. The sound is amazing if you are able to get a good ear seal. The original eartips didn't fit great for me, but I bought replacement tips that fit better. The battery life has been amazing. I've listened for over 4 hours a few times so far without getting below 50% charge. Touch controls work very well, and ambient sound is a great feature. The Galaxy Wearable app is great for tweaking sound/features. I am super happy with these! Great deal!

These are great noise cancelling earbuds. They come with different attachments to fit different ear shapes. It takes a little practice to get them to put in place, but once you figure it out they work great.

No active noise cancellation but overall decent wireless buds: call quality above average, fit almost perfect (have to get used to and find the proper size tips for your ears). Purchased refurbished, would recommend!

I bought the refurbished Galaxy Buds+ for $99.99, but ended up returning them. They work well with my Samsung Galaxy 10+ and I didn't have any issues with the functionality while using my phone. However, the gestures weren't as responsive when I switched to my laptop or gaming computer. I realize they're optimized for use with Samsung phones; it just seems such a shame that they don't really perform at the same level with any other product. Definitely finnicky when going between Discord, Steam, Zoom, or music apps. I also noticed the right earbud would go out of sync with the left. I'd have to disconnect and reconnect to fix this problem. Not a huge thing to deal with, but not ideal and wastes time. I'd have kept the Buds+ I planned to use them mostly with my phone. I decided to stick with my Jabra Active Elite 65t, because the buttons work no matter what I connect to. In terms of aesthetics, the Buds+ are very nice to look at. Clean and sleek, and they don't jut out from my ears like my Jabras do. They have magnets that make it easy to snap them into the charging case. I had to choose cross-product functionality over aesthetics this time, though.

Still so good its been good to use for work and everywhere i go

Got these for my wife. She wears them on her walk to work and loves them. She also used them at the gym. She's happy with the sound quality and volume, size, wireless charging and battery life.

Received in a timely manner as indicated when I ordered them. Good sound quality for music as well as phone calls. Well pleased so far. seem to fit ear well and stay in place with activity so far.
