I love the size of these. I've had several true wireless earbuds but many of them are too large and therefore not secure in my ear. These fit snuggly enough that I can run with them for a full hour without them falling out. I also like that both earbuds have a mic, because I like to only wear one and a time (so I can hear with the other ear) and this way I can get double the battery time out of them as well, because I can swap one earbud out of the case and use the other.

These seem to work great - no issues yet! Great sound, long battery. I am having some trouble with the fit, even with the different sizes for the earbuds, but nothing dramatic. I only wear them for about 30 minutes at a time.

These wireless headphones sound excellent.Nice interface with android operating systems.Easy to use and comes with storage case.

I tried 3 different wireless and honestly these were the most comfortable with great sound. They have small sensor that detect when you place the earbuds in your ear and they stop playing once you remove them. I small form factor is really nice. I would highly recommend these to any looking for true wireless earbuds. (Ohh! I use them at the gym when work out and shoot hoops) They are strong on sweat proof side.

It has great sound quality, long-lasting battery, and fits nicely in the ear(and also gives adjustment gummies for earbuds.

These things are awesome! I am a runner and was afraid they would fall out or be uncomfortable but I will never go back to wires again! The sound quality is great, they are comfortable and I don't ever feel like they would fall out! I sweat a lot in the south Florida heat, also I run in the pouring rain and have had no issues at all with distortion of sound or issues with the buds themselves! This is my second pair.. the first I had for 1 year with no issues except I lost them.

Nothing beats buying an original Samsung product! The sound is great and the charge lasts long time! Pairs quickly!

I already have a pair of Samsung Galaxy Buds (which came with my Note 10+) and I absolutely love them, so much so that I ordered another pair as a backup. I run in these are they fit extremely well. No wiggle, no falling out. Sound quality is Good but not great. Mic quality is also at par and nothing to brag about. I feel those are the only shortcomings. Battery life is great. They charge up very quickly as well. Case is small enough to carry around in your pocket. The only other issue was with the Best Buy certify/refurb process. I bought these refurb-ed and boy where they dirty. I do not think anyone went through and put the effort to clean them out as a part of the refurb. I had to clorox them down and use different ear tips. I just wish they'd have sent new ear tips.

I bought these a few months ago on a whim because I am a night owl, and the other people in my house are normal, and my TV watching at night was disturbing them. I came to BestBuy.com, saw these were on sale for half price, and I jumped and bought 2 pairs - one to charge while using the other. I didn't really read the specifics, aside from making sure their rating was good, and that they should generally work for my purpose. They arrived, I charged them, set them up with my FireStick, and started using them. I wasn't immediately thrilled with them, and only then discovered that you can only customize and control them via your Samsung Galaxy phone. Luckily, though I did not buy them for my phone, I do happen to have a Samsung Galaxy phone! /phew! So I went in, added the app, and changed the settings so that they were not SO loud (as they were out of the box), and also attempted to make one ear louder than the other, as that is what seems to work better for my ears. The setup with my FireStick was easy, and the sound is fine. The Silver colored pair I got have a really pretty button - iridescent. I am not very excited about how very EASY it is to interrupt the audio by barely touching your ear, but since they generally seemed to work for my purpose, I didn't worry too much about that, or any other issues or features. However, since then I've tried multiple times to connect them to my Samsung Galaxy for phone calls (and yes, I even set them up to be able to do phone calls), and the other party can never hear me. I always have to revert back to my headset. Also, I spent the last 2 weeks housesitting. I brought my FireStick. I decided to listen to some programs while cleaning in another room that was VERY CLOSE BY. I'm talking CLOSE. The entire house is 500 square feet, and I was only in the very next room, which is only separated by a partial wall. And the darn things kept cutting in and out so badly, I could barely concentrate on the program! After awhile, I went to another room, even closer to the source, and it was hardly any better. I am so completely dissatisfied! So I can't speak to the overall distance they should have, but apparently they don't work for crap if there are ANY walls of ANY kind between you. And for phone calls, they don't seem to work at all. But if all you need them for is to, like, listen to music on your phone while you're working or working out, they'd probably be fine. Or if, like me, you're mainly just using them for listening to a TV in a way that doesn't disturb others, they're fine as long as you're in the same room as the TV. But overall, I just think they are super finicky and over-priced. If I bought them to be multi-purpose, I would be VERY unhappy. However, if I bought them to be multi-purpose, I would have discovered their deficiencies soon enough to return them...

Easy to pair and very comfortable. Excellent sound. Fast charging. Long lasting before needing to charge.

I love the sound quality and that you can use 1 at a time as it does cancel out background noise well. They are easy to use but the area to tap to use can be a bit sensitive. I would totally recommend these.

I bought these hesitant on them being refurbished but when i recieved them they were perfect they work great they sound great my favorite pair of headphones i own, the case had no scuffs the headphones looked fresh out and new extra plastics for the headphones the case holds a charge while charging the headphones then after using them the csse recharges the headphones ive yet to get caught without a charge while using it these headphones are great

I went through several brands including expensive Samsungs, and nothing worked or fit right. These fit great and the sound is good. I use them mainly for audiobooks and podcasts, so they are perfect for that. I suspect that they may not be the best solution for hard-core music fans, but they are great for people who listen to talk and narration. Loved them so much that I bought a second pair. You can't beat the price for the quality.

So very pleased with this purchase. Fast delivery, great price, they stay in your ears, I checked bent down in every direction, side to side they did not move. I have 3 Samsung MP3 players, 2 Samsung tablets, 2 apple Ipods. Am in my absolute glory listening to my years of music collections. Don't hesitate, they look and sound brand new. I wouldn't expect any more in value from Best Buy. Am 85 years old and had them working in about 1 minute.

Sound so good and easy to use.battery life is better then most of another bluetooth.conect easy.

These are good but definitely during covid they were painful because the fins that hold it in so well for activities actually presses against the ear and hurts when you have a earloop mask. No normal size earbuds so I had to reorder a new set. Overall it's good on sale and gives great sound but has short battery life, weird left-right bud sync issues in the sunlight or heat idk, and other deals are out there at this point (2021). Definitely had issues, but they do keep working no problem. Will be using them for loud noise duties to help keep out sound but do want a better version that has less of the issues above

With so many earbuds available, it is difficult to know what to spend your money on. These are comfortable and light. Sound is reasonably good and battery life will get you through the day.

I originally purchased these buds new, but lossed one. I was pretty bummed bc I hadn't had them long and you have to purchase a new set instead of a solitaire replacement. I was a little apprehensive about purchasing refurbished tech, for obvious reasons. The price point is what swayed me. It was totally worth it! These pre-owned work as good as my new ones did for half the price. Also, decreased my carbon footprint.

The headphones are awesome and loud but i feel like they need a bit more bass to them.calls sound great on both ends...wouldnt mind buying the buds+ version...my order got here early but was stol
